Why Isn't There an Angel Video Game?

anybody think its crap that they never made a game for angel?

ive completed both of the buffy games
: chaos bleeds for ps2
: and the first one on xbox
i know about the buffy ds game
i wish they would make an angel one 🙁

I think it's probably because Angel never took off as much as Buffy did. Buffy's kind of an iconic sci-fi superhero, whereas Angel was just a spinoff of that. I doubt an Angel game will ever be made; it would be neat, though.

Odds are it would suck, like most licensed properties that get turned into games. Could be cool if Whedonverse writers were involved.

Cruising around in the Angelmobile, dusting vamps, karaoke singing at Caritas (ooh, scary thought). Would be fun to just walk around in the Hyperion. Or Pylea...

Even though I'd totally buy it, I see the chance of it ever getting made as only microscopically better than hell freezing over, though. :sigh:

I actually think they should make an Angel video game. Kinda like Chaos bleeds where they give you the chance to be different characters, and fight the baddies over the series. I'd love to play Illyria, and hear some audio comment like "Resistance is futile" or something 😛

I vaguely remember several years ago reading once that were plans for an Angel game, but it just never happened (obviously) with nothing else was ever said about it, not to my knowledge anyway. I can't for the life of me remember where I heard it from, because it was a VERY long time ago, but does anyone else remember hearing something like this?
