I came across this web site a while ago, it is so handy as a reference guide, but then again so is here, and its more fun here, lol!
But it is very cool 🙂
 
Wikipedia seriously rocks! BTW if I ever do any more quizzes it's my fave source 😉

Edit - Now I've actually looked at bits of the wikipedia entry I'm even more impressed...it seems to confirm my theory (from posts long ago) that Sunnydale is Santa Barbara 🙂
 
That was cool! So much buffy info in one place. I will definitely have to start reading it... who could've read it all? Very neat. Thanks for posting!
 
Cool! Now anyone else who is looking it up whilst trying to avoid work will know where to come and hang to avoid more work 😉
 
Now and then I include little things on not only Buffy page but also Angel and Charmed. All have very detailed pages so there not much have to add.

Mainly I write commentaries that others can add to. There also discussion pages for each.

Also I added this site to the "Angel (TV series)" page.

Yeah, I love Wikipedia, it has awesome entries for almost EVERYTHING. Just about fell over the first time I looked up "Buffy the Vampire Slayer"
 
Can someone show me where Joss said Kendra's last name is Young though? Is it automatically a fact, because Wikipedia says so? I know where Joss said Faith's last name is Lehane, and I've heard of the Buffy magazine article where they mention the "Young" thing, and I've heard the whole story about the rpg game asking Joss for last names, but I don't know... Is Kendra's last name really Young until Joss says it is.

Has anyone seen that actual game yet BTW. Is Kendra's last name listed there?

All i can tell you about this is that Joss definately was asked for surnames for both Faith and Kendra by the people behind the games. Now, as far as i'm aware the only one that Joss has actually acknowledged is Faith's surname, Lehane.

As for Kendra's, well i've not seen the game, nor have i read anything from Joss specifically about it. All i do know is that Kendra firmly stated that she had no last name, in What's My Line Part 2. Now whether she actually doesn't, or whether she just didn't know what it was for some reason, Joss has yet to make that clear either way.
 
I just read this whole BtVS entry and it is amazing. It has a lot of information about Buffy and Angel also. I never knew about Wikipedia before this.

I absolutely love the character synopsis - Kendra's last name is Young? Neat.

When they said Spike's name, did they list him as William Pratt also? Because that would just make me giddy.

That was sweet. And we're on there, guys. w00t. Go us, and go Wikipedia. That place is my new cool place to go when I'm bored.

EDIT: I just checked up on the Pratt thing, and they didn't list it. Argh. I mean, they have Angel's human name, and they just list Spike as William the Bloody and Hostile 17. He has a last name, DAMNIT.
 
A better source

It is likely who added Kendra last name may have seen it in that role playing game along with Faith. Fans contributed all the facts for Buffy and Angel on wikipedia. Anyone can. If you think something should be added and you have reference for it you can add.

I don't agree with Lehane for Faith. She not southern more Boston or New York. Joss thought a southern name appropriate.

What I know about the role playing game is that the maker wanted last names for those who didn't have one to begin with. Joss probably made up one for Kendra like he did for Faith or may be Kendra or perhaps Giles said the name. I don't remember hearing the name.

I don't contribute very often myself. I have too much other stuff to do right now. Now and then will add a commentary.
