Will Angel become the Spike show?

Spike is a pretty popular character, and I hope he won't steal the stoplight. This is Angel's show! He should get as much attention as Wesley.
 
i think it will be very cool to have spike and angel together again they bounce of ech other so well...it brings out the best in both actors and the storyline🙂
 
I hope the poster is a sign of things to come, we have'nt seen enough interaction between Spike and Angel since Buffy Season 2
 
I hope that Spike dosent take the limelight..cause if he does i wont be one happy jappy! its called Angel not Angel and Spike...but it will be good to see Spike and Angel together.
 
I hope so, in my opinion, Spike is much more exciting and a lot of people would like this cause they miss him so much from 'Buffy'.
 
I think that lots of interaction between them is good, but I don't want all the focus to be on Spike.
 
I say give Spike as much spotlight as Wesley, Gunn and Fred. This is Angel's show. I don't want it to become the Angel and Spike show.
 
well i think spike will take alot of limelight at first until angel and spike get used to working for each other and they get used to spikes new life force🙂 then i think spike will just be another member of the gang...id like to see electric gal get more screen time and fred become a bigger part of angels life....should be funny watching wesley and spike esp with wesley being a watcher and all lol
 
god I hope not, Spike should get the least screen time out of all the charecters since the other charecters have been their longer and have just been shoved behind Angel and Cordy all these yrs and I dont want it to become all about Spike cause if it does then I probably wont watch that much
 
yer but that will only be the first few eps as we understand what happened to him..actually knowing joss we wont see too much of spike for a while lol
 
I can stand if they do like 3 episodes around spike explaining how he came back but after that, I dont want to know anymore about his past or anything major
 
its confirmed that spike will come back at the end of the first episode.....and then the 2nd episode will be about how he got there/why he's there/etc......Joss said he will only take one episode (ep. 2) to explain all about spike.....
 
I think it'll be fun. Lots and lots of fun. Spike. Wolfram & Hart. Lilah. The possibility of guests from Buffy. I'll be watching.
 
I agree with alot of you. I love what Spike and Angel bring out in one another. If you noticed they focus on every character once in a while. They each get their time in the spotlight. I think Spike will be a positive change to the show. I'm sorry for any Spike haters out there. I hope it doesn't ruin Angel for you. I for one am excited to see what they do with that relationship.

i think it'll be kewl to see spike in angel...especially seen as there's a lot of tension now between them because of buffy's affair with spike

i doubt he'd take the spotlight though...i know i'll definately be focusing on angel hehe

I agree...has Joss ever let us down before? (well, except for allowing "Him" to be produced) We just have to see how things go, and if Spike is in the spotlight I don't think that it will kill us, just as long as it doesn't turn into Spike with a side of Angel. It is going to take an epsiode or two to figure out the whole "Why is Spike here?" thing and then hopefully that will be the end of it. I agree with the few of you that I think it will be interesting to see Spike and Angel together, you know, old buddies who now hate each other getting together, there has to be some comical humor in that. I don't know about the rest of you but I can't wait to see how the season starts!
