I love small body language moments between Willow and Oz that it's taken me a few viewings to get like:
1) In their first extended conversation, Willow notices that Oz is having trouble opening his animal crackers with his arm in a sling so she silently takes the bag, opens it and hands it back to him.
2) In Surprise, Willow says that she likes Oz's hands. Lo and behold, in Becoming Part I when Willow is sitting on Oz's lap, she's very engaged in playing with his hands. So cute!
3) When she's all distraught about getting a 740 Verbal SAT score, Oz comfortingly strokes her hair while Xander and Cordelia are taking most of the dialogue and then Willow relents in her eyes and hands Oz her scores.
