Willow Cosplay?

Hi! I'm looking for ideas for a Willow cosplay.
It's for a charity fundraising pub crawl that happens here every year called 'pimp my barrow' where teams of 5 in a fancy dress theme compete with a wheel barrow... so I want it to be recognisable to non-fans too (it's mostly uni students so even non-fans are in the right age group to catch on I think) so I'm thinking more old Willow? All I have so far is that I'm going to wear white tights. So what clothes do you associate with Willow?

We have a Buffy, an Anya, a Spike and a Giles and we're going to put stakes on the front of our wheelbarrow hahaha. I'll post pics when it happens 😀

When I picture Willow it's either in a season 1/2 jumper, as Dark or Vamp Willow or in a dress like in OMWF. Willow has many looks lol.

That sounds interesting - in fact it sounds a little like the Urban Iditarod that is held in Boston every year. The actual Iditarod is an annual dogsled race from Seward to Nome, Alaska that goes a little over 1000 miles. The Urban Iditarod uses people as the dogs and a shopping cart as the sled. They travel from bar to bar and there are costumes involved.
