yeah but look how buffy reacted when faith poisined angel

You're totally right. I guess I could try to argue by saying that Buffy had already lost Angel and he had suffered... yadda yadda yadda. I guess the same could be said for Wil/Tara b/c of what Glory did to Tara.

I think Willow is the most powerful. Even though she has made mistakes, partly because she got to powerful to fast. But she did learn to control her power, even though she was afraid to use it, but she is the most powerful person on BTVS in my opinion. :witch3:

Yes I think Willow is the most powerful supernatural person on the show, but lets not forget who was the only one who had the power (supernatural or not) to stop Willow's vengenful, power mad, ending the world rampage - Xander.
He doesn't have any special powers like the others, but anyone who can stop dark Willow, in my book is extremely powerful... so I voted no...
(sorry to ramble! 😀)

I personally think that willow is the most powerful person, i mean shes the only good character with the power to destroy the world.

I am going to disagree with you here. Buffy was the most powerful, had the most power to destroy the world.

How? By simply not doing anything.

If she just didn't care or didn't bother, if she didn't step-up to the plate in her calling as The Slayer, the world would have been destroyed many times over, long before Willow ever came into her power.

Just a different view of the situation.

my thoughts exactly...and if Buffy didn't come into Willow's life, she wouldn't have had the chance to become that powerful.

Great Points. Especially about her not doing anything, far more powerful than anything Willow could do.
I agree with you that she's the most powerful. But I don't know if she's done the most amount of good. She has done alot of good, but also evil. She killed a man and tried to end the world. So she's powerful, but not all in a good way, do you know what I mean?

She is one of the most powerful....there are some Big Bad's that couldn't be defeated by her alone and she was stopped in her wrath by a human with no powers whatsoever. She's up there, but I don't think any one person gets that title.

Good point.

Ok, so lets try this one on....
I think Willow is the most powerful in the mystic power sense. Physical strength and will power ( or should we say Willow-power! Ok- :lame: ) are the areas she lacks in. And where she lacks in physical strength I realize she makes up for in mystical power. But will power and inner-strength was never her thing. Look how long she mourned when Oz left, and Tara, and when she lost Tara for good she lost all sense. Xander was her buzz-kill and I think that's because she loved him so much. It didn't take but a short speech from him to calm her down- so her vulnerability was high. I think It just took the right person! So In the wicca sense, I'd say yeah. In all other, most definately neah.

I think that Dawn, at least in Key capacity, was far more powerful than Willow, she just didn't know how to tap into it.

xander didnt stop willow though, she stopped herself, he just made her realise that she didnt really want to destroy the world but if she had than she could have killed us all and noone could stop her. also having the power to destroy the world by doing nothing isnt power its the opposite, its cowardness. also if willow hadnt stepped up to be a wicca and to help buffy then the worl would have ended in series 5 definetly and even possibly series 4 if the world didnt end in series 4 then it would have changed badly. also series 7 buffy n her crew would have been so dead it wouldnt even be funny- they nearly lost and thats when they where all slayers
