Ok so most of us would probabaly think she gives up magick or looses all her powers right? On my own opinion i think she might not do magick but ashe still has it and may use it. When reading a confirmed spoiler it says when in englang sshe senses ddanger in sunnydale-so is that meaning magicaly. But then after she gets hurt bye some demons and so wouldnt she use magick to protect herself. It would be really good if she uses magick since there is no tara maybe she will learn to use white magick this time.

I'll paraphase Thomas Acquinas, "nothing is inherently good or evil. It is what one does with it." The problem wasn't with Willow using "good" or "bad" magic, but magic in paticular to solve all of her problems. She used it as a tool to increase her own power and ego. So much so that she was using it to control Tara, a move that she could of described as using "good" magic. To quote from Doublemeat Palace, "you can tell that it is not magic, because it works so damn slow!" Welcome back to the wonderful world of chemistry.

very well said, gman although I highly doubt she'll stop using it. As said in early episode of season 7, it's a part of her now.

I'm glad they didn'say, "Magic, bad! No more magic for you!" because it didn't make a lot of sense. Other poeple still used magic, and Willow without magic would be boring, BUT last season and this season aren't meshing with me. Last season she went on a "No magic" kick, and then this season she is using magic left and right again. I know her motivations are different, but it still seems like she uses magic without really questioning that she should (like in Same Time, Same Place). So it leaves me a little weary of her. I know that Giles said, "It's not an addiction." which was fine, but if it's not an addiction then what is it? Then there's Xander's hammer analogy, which is also very good, but I still find myself questioning exactly where the fine line is between healthy witchcraft and dangerous witchcraft. Maybe that's the point. Willow doesn't know, and so neither do we.

She wouldnt be Willow without the magick, it just wouldnt be the same. Sure she could give it up...but like i said before...it wouldnt be the same deadly or not
