You know what? When I first read that I read it like Tara and Kennedy.😛 Any who... I'm one of the few that don't hate the relationship between Willow and Kennedy but I'll stay away from defending it now. But I will say that it's my least favourite ship including Willow.
I prefer Tillow before Woz but I love Oz and think his relationship with Willow is great too. Come to think of it. It's probably my favourite High school relationship from the show. So I'll never take part in a shipping war including these two ships. 😉 Since I like both I'm not really sure why I prefer Tillow. Maybe it's something back in my head telling me that a lesbian relationship is hot. It's not something I'm aware of though. But I guess it can have a lot to do with the fact that I can identify more with Tara than Oz.

Tillow all the way, even though I admit my reasons may be less than rational. 🙂
Woz has always made me feel jealous (I've had a huge crush on Willow from the moment I saw her, and Oz in S2 looks a lot like a shorter and thinner version of a guy I knew and was on odds with a lot of the time ^^ ). Also, lezzie rocks straight any old day, in my book. (sw)
On a less personal prejudice level, I'm kinda let down by Oz (who, even watching through my jealousy-clouded eyes, is one of the coolest characters in the verse) in his reappearance in "New Moon Rising". Coming back out of the blue after several months of no contact at all, and expecting to be able to pick up with the girl he left behind just like that seems rather selfish to me. I'm very glad Willow picked Tara there.
Also, comparison to Woz left aside, I think Tillow is the strongest and healthiest love we've seen in the show (over half of S6, the "strong and healthy" was carried on Tara's back, alone, of course - showing how this ship really made her grow from a stuttering, insecure abuse victim to a strong and realistic role model, which I think is a lot what love should be all about. 🙂 ).

Willow and Oz all the way. They just had that something. From the time he asked "Who is that girl?" I knew that they are meant to be together. She was different from all the other girls, and he was so different from all the other boys, and they just fit so perfectly.
Tara and Willow are ok, but they just don't have that kind of magic.

Oz and Willow for me, recently again watched episodes after Oz left and she was devastated. However i suppose you could say she had the same feelings for Tara eg: trying to kill people to exact revenge.

I think Woz is cute, but I definitely love Tillow 100% more. 🙂
I didn't really feel that Oz was a good match for Willow. Personality wise, I mean. Oz was pretty quiet, talked without any attachments, and wasn't that easy a person to be friends with, or even understand. Like how Willow in Earshot was freaking out about how soon Buffy would know Oz better than she did. Also, there were a lot of contradictions in their story, which made the love there less believable: When they first got together in S2, Willow had a crush on Xander. A couple of months later, she cheated on Oz without a second thought, and got caught. They broke up, a couple months later got back together again. Stayed together longer this time, until Oz ended up cheating on her and leaving her. Was pretty said for a week or three, but then she met a new girl and was instantly attracted. Ergo, Tara.
I really liked the Tillow relationship because I think that their love was really the "essence" of love: Making the other person feel special, respecting each other, sweetness, fun, best friends, and all that good stuff. 🙂 You could tell that they really loved each other, and not anybody else.
True, we have the S6 shenanigans, but what I like about that is that Tara acted responsibly and respectfully, Wil realized the error of their ways, once Tara saw that Wil was OK they got back together, as in love as ever. 🙂
See, I view Woz/Tillow in the same way that I view Cander/Xanya. I enjoy them all, but I think that Anya is better suited for Xander, just like Tara, with all her warmth and intelligence and sweetness, is best for Willow. 🙂
Also, I'm one of those who DOESN'T hate Killow. When I first saw it, I actually liked now. Now, I do believe it's a rebound, but I still enjoy it because 1. You can tell that Kennedy really does love Willow, and 2. It's obvious that Willow also cares very deeply about Kennedy. 🙂

Oz/Willow for me. I adore Oz's character, I think there is much more to him and his character than is sometimes acknowledged.
I think the Willow/Oz relationship was one of the most realistic relationships and a true reflection of love in all it's capacity and I will always cherish it. They bought the best out in each other and through their relationship realised the best within themselves. I think they were pretty close to perfect together, they never had any expectations of each other or of what their relationship should be like. It was completely natural.
I have no issue with Tara at all, but I loved her character much more when she was by herself. Contrary to popular belief I always felt that their relationship was unequal and that Tara was often having to play the submissive/passive part in the relationship and that was a detriment to the person she was, whereas with Willow and Oz it was quite equal.

But she is also to blame! She didn't confront Willow about the magic usage thing... she just got all mad and left. She was too awkward to be with anyone, honestly, and she only looked good with Willow because they just looked adorable/cute together. Of course they both loved each other 'til the ends of the earth, but the relationship as a whole just felt awkward.
Also, she toyed with Willow's emotions, to a certain extent. When Tara left Willow in Season Six, she kissed that one girl RIGHT in front of Will! Um, there is no other way to classify that as anything other than vengeance.
And when Willow was overusing her magic, she needed help. Much like a drug/alcohol addict, you need support and guidance in order to overcome the problem. Tara was absolutely no help to her. She got mad, which is very rational of her, but then just left. She basically yelled at Willow and then disappeared. She didn't try to help her girlfriend, she just stood in the background as Willow destroyed herself.
Don't get me wrong, I like Tara, but I don't love her. I love Oz's character; him and Willow just... work. Like, I could actually SEE that couple happening, especially in high school. In fact, I KNOW that couple.

What I meant is him coming back after months of no contact before even knowing Tara exists, assuming that Will just sat still waiting for him, not even thinking of the possibility there might be someone else in the meantime (and then wolfing out with jealousy at Tara). That's pretty self-absorbed in my book, I expected better from Oz - who, I say it again, is one cool character, he's just not the one I want to be with my Will. 😛
I agree that there was the imbalance you spoke of, but honestly, that leads up to what I love about Tillow: Tara's strength in S6. And I have no doubt that Tara couldn't have found that strength in herself to stand up and leave out of love if she hadn't had two years of Tillow to grow self-esteem in - which, with where she's coming from, would of course have had to be two years with her in a more submissive part. Nothing else could have felt "right" and comfortable for her.
Kudos (like, not!) to Joss killing Tara off right when reconciled Tillow would have entered a new realm of interesting, with a strong and in no way submissive Tara returning to the relationship.
If you compare Willow's partners, there's an unbroken history of growth to strength and self-esteem with Tara; with Oz, however, there's no growth while they're together (he starts out secure and stays secure), but undoing of growth when they come together again after the breakup/Oz leaving (Oz learns to control his lycanthropy, but, as he says himself, Will brings out the wolf again). Being with Willow makes Tara strong, while it makes Oz weak. q.e.d. 🙂

This is tough, because I love them both. But for me it's Woz right now, because they're are first loves I think they'll be together in the end and it's proven in the comics. But I also love Tillow because it's so unique and special.

I love Woz. I found it to be sweet, fun, pleasant, and 100% adorable. 🙂 They are really very cute together, especially in S3. I wasn't so into it once they graduated from High School...
But I love Tillow more. Tillow was beautiful, mature, loving, and sweet. I can see Tillow lasting for a long, long time. 🙂

If i'am pushed i'd probably edge towards Woz. I liked Oz as a character more than Tara. I Found him more interesting and i think his interaction with the Scooby gang was a lot more involved. He was apart of the team whereas i never really got that feeling with Tara.
Tillow saw Willow move further away from Buffy aswell. If you think about Woz, when they were together Buffy and Willow were always together and their friendship was solid. Tara's arrival saw Willow and Buffy drift apart. A lot of that was down to Buffy aswell but i get the feeling that if Woz hadn't broken up, Willow's relationship with Buffy wouldn't have become so estranged.

I always liked Oz more than Tara, except when Tara and Buffy befriended each other. However I was never a big fan of Woz because Oz just seemed so strange in a relationship, he always seemed given his personality the confident bachelor type. Tillow was cute to watch but there was a huge power imbalance there the way Tara seemed to worship Willow. I agree with Dan K that Tillow was partially responsible for Buffy&Willow growing slightly apart.

I think Woz was extremely sweet, and the only non-Tragic Relationship of the 'verse. I mean, their biggest problem early on was Willow kissing Xander when they thought they were about to die.
That said, Twillow was more vital. Tara was a key role due to her vulnerability and empathy, that wasn't Oz. Oz had a hero's heart, but at the end of the day, he was pretty much Angel without the superpowers or mission.

If I had to choose it would be Oz. I always liked them. They were cute and I missed them. I love Tara though and think she was a great addition and enjoyed their relationship but if I had my way it would be Oz.
