Willow the Wayward Wallaby

This is cute. There's this farmer lady in Oregon who has a couple of those 2 legged Australian bunnies (or are they from New Zealand? I can't remember). They are named Xander and Willow. Xander has gone missing and there's a nation-wide wallaby alert to Buffy fans to help find him.

Hope he didn't hop over to the neighbouring farm to visit Anya the dingo. :hehe:

The article said they were wallabies-a marsupial mammal native to Australia and New Zealand. They hop but aren't much related to true bunnies except though they are both mammals (bunnies are placental mammals like us).

There are bunnies in Australia, imported from outside the continent. That really is quite a story. Because they are not native animals to that land They have apparently terrorized the ecosystem there with their prodigious rates of reproduction (think "Tabula Rasa"). Maybe Anya wasn't so wrong in being afraid of them!:biggrin:

thats so cute.... i heard about the two bunnies... Xander and Willow.. oh I will never get over that... lol.. I hope they do find Xander... I mean whoever does gets a $1000 reward.. unless Xander is dead
