i know willow is a powerfull witch and all, but how powerfull is she realisticaly? i mean, i know she can do some crazy stuff, but it's like what's the point if everytime she does something really powerfull, she risks flying off the deep end and ending the world?

i've wished so many times when they were fighting people that she would do something like incinerate them, shoot lightning at them, give herself super strength (or better yet, give some to the PIT's), or stuff like that ya know. what i'd really want is for her to bring back that "ball of sunlight spell" she tried in s5 that anya messed up. i bet she could do it now with ease, could probably be thier best weapon against turok 'han. but that stuff never happens anymore. the point is, when she was evil, she was teleporting, being telekinetic, and overall, a STRONGER WITCH!

she's way too restrained now because of the risk of turning evil again.

so with that said, do you think she's powerful if she cant even risk using her underlying power?

Well she hasn't actually been in a situation yet where she needed to really use full power.

When facing the Turok-Han her lack of major mojo was intentional. She was supposed to let the Ubervamp break through her barrier, and wasn't supposed to stop it. Buffy wanted to give the Ubervamp a beating on front of the SITs and didn't want the fight to be in her won house.

There have been a few times when Willow could have helped them with some spell or other, but none of those occasions have been crucial in any sense. I feel that if Willow was present at the vinyard she would have cut loose, but she wasn't.

Willow only does good magic on "Angel"

BtVS Willow is kidna wimpy. But I'm thinking that's all going to change soon. She's going to have to do some magic some time. They are going to need her most likely in the final fight.

she looked like she would do some damage after Terra was shot

thats what i was talking about, because when she did go all out like that she turned evil and tried to end the world and stuff.....

well I think that Willow is powerful without risking going all evil cause just look at her fight with Cordy, she held her own and she won

yeah, but remember that cordy was interupted by connor during that fight. while i still think willow would have won, she might have had to call on more power, risking going evil again....

Recently shes just been fighting the normal way, like xander and giles.

Well i rekon that Will should of kept her dark mojo a brewin, they woulnt need a slayer, remember wot Giles said:"No supernatural force can stop her".that Turok-han would be dust in her hands in about 5 seconds.

I too have felt that Willow could've done so much more magic, btu I suppose the writers are holding it back because they don't want Willow to overshadow Buffy or Faith or anyone else. I mean, think about it, if Willow was doing powerful spells left right and center, destroying the ubervamps and stuff, then that would leave Buffy and the rest of the gang twidling their thumbs, and also it would get a bit boring and repetitive after a while if she was continually doing and killing everything with her magic.

well at the risk of losing control and going all evil again, shes trying to restrain her powers. but i now what you mean, we needed to see more Willow power action! But for those of you who've seen the finale, there is!! It's awsome!!
Also, you know in that epsidoe where Buffy kills the "uber-vamp", lol, and all the SITs are watching? Before that when Buffy and Willow and Xander are all talking telepathically, how do they do that?? because it's not willow that initaites it, it's buffy- I have been wondering about that for a while now, does anyone know how that was done?
thanks!!

When Willow, Xander and Buffy were talking Telepathically it was because Buffy was Shouting out at Will with her mind hoping that Will could hear people's minds if thay wanted to let her in their minds🙂

agree! lol... that was strange... i like though!

I think that she is sopposedly this "sweet, innocent girl" and thats what everyone thinks so ever since the first evil momment she liked it so much because maybe it made her feel like a sombodey and couldn't stop.

I wonder who would win in a scrap between Dark Rosenberg, and Glory.

I think Willow would grind her into Jawa Burgers.
