No the Senior Partners are something separate from any human working at W&H. They exist in another dimension. Holland Manners himself mentions the Senior Partners as a separate entity.
 
But in the episode "Reprise" wasn't it the senior partners who were trying to use that ring to cross dimensions for the review? or was it a messenger of the senior partners? I can't remember....

Oh that "review". I screwed up. I thought he was still talking about Holland Manners.

Yeah the Kleynach demon may or may not have contained a Senior Partner.

Lorne tells Angel a Senior Partner is coming to Wolfram & Hart. Later Angel and Denver the book guy are studying and Denver tells Angel the Senior Partner will come as a Kleynach demon, because Kleynach Demon's can cross dimensions without being conjured.

Later Angel evaporates the Kleynach with a magic glove, but did he kill the senior partner inside. I don't know.

I don't know how literally you can take a lot of the stuff you saw in Reprise. Things are suggested, but you get the feeling there's room for interpretation.

A good example would be Denver telling Angel the Home Office is Hell, then later Holland Manners tells Angel our reality is the Home Office. If that were true, why would the Senior Partner have needed to take on the form of a Kleynach demon to cross realities? He would already have been here. It's suggested earlier in the episode, the Senior Partner will be coming from the Home Office.

Also, are we ready to accept Earth is Hell in the Angelverse. Then there's the Holland Manner's doublespeak speach telling us Good and Evil are all part of the same thing. Are we meant to take that literally?

Rerprise is full of suggestions, and double speak, but personally, I don't know how much you can call a literal intrepetation of the Angelverse.

My best guess is. The Kleynach demon did contain a Senior Partner. It may or may not have been destroyed when Angel evaporated the Kleynach with the glove.

This makes it seem as if the SP are not a physical being, more of an essence rather than an actual embodiment. They somehow were able to become a Kleynach demon, or posses one possibly (was this explained in the episode?). So maybe we keep wondering what kind of demons they are, when we should be wondering if they are actually even PHYSICAL creatures...

Maybe I am way off on this....it's quite possible I am...
 
Like most stuff in Reprise, it depends on your interpretation. Here's the quote.



Angel: So we can't be sure where this home office is, but you think this Senior Partner is a Kleynach demon?"
Denver stops staring at Angel and looks down at his book.
Denver: "Right. Kleynach. A lot of dark entities use the form of a Kleynach to manifest because the Kleynach doesn't have to rely on being conjured or brought forth.

denver: "to get the ring you've got to kill the Kleynach."
Angel: "How?"
Denver: "You happen to be looking at the one guy who can tell you how."
Angel: "How?!"
Denver: "To kill the Kleynach and get the ring you need the glove."

But again, if you kill the Kleynach, do you kill the "entity" manifesting in that form, or do you just send it back to it's original state?
 
But I could totally buy that they(SP) could be those 3 demons. After all, they shouldn't be human right? W&H is all about working with demons in a evil way so they big bosses, who created the company at LONG time ago would be demons.
I hope that Joss thought about what we are thinking but i doubt it.... If only we had an other year or Angel.... 🙁
