Can anyone explain to me what's happened to W&H and the Senior Partners at this stage in the comics? Are they still around, have they been wiped out, etc.?

They're still around. It was just the L.A. office that went down. Their other offices should still be up, and I don't even think the Senior Partners are on this plane, so they wouldn't have been hurt by the L.A. office going down (even though it probably was bad for buisness)

They play a part in After the fall (issue 1-17 of the series) and later as well (I think). I won't spoiler you, but they're around, playing their games. W&H has a part to play later in the comic as well, issue 39/40-44, but since I haven't read the last arc, I can't tell what they're up to.

Thanks.
I'm not a comic-reader so I don't mind being spoiled. W&H and the Senior Partners provide some great opportunities for the plot of the Buffyverse and I'd hate to see 'em go. 🙂

It was a while since I read After the fall, but it was the senior partners that sent L.A. to hell. So a few minutes after the alley fight begins they're all cast into hell. I think it was as a punishment, them sending L.A. to hell. They sent Angel there, and made him human, to be able to control him, since they would need him for the Apocalypse.

Then I recall them tricking Gunn, who had been turned into a vampire, to think he could save L.A. if he built a shrine if bodies, but the Senior Partners used it to heal Angel instead? I'm a bit fuzzy on that part.

Any way, I've forgotten a few things, but in the end, Angel realizes that if he dies, the senior partners will turn back time/restore L.A. since they need him, and he kills himself(or tried to), and the Senior Partners turn back time, to the fight in the alley.
