I forgot to copy the source for this, but I'm pretty sure I got it from Kirstin's, Eonline column this week.

Warner Bros. might put a grab on Wonderfalls. Is that a good thing, or a bad thing?

Wonderfalls Update: Though the ship may have sailed on Angel, there is still hope for another quality scripted series, Wonderfalls--which happens to be helmed by former Angel boss Tim Minear. Sources tell me UPN has passed on picking up the former Fox series for the same reasons they passed on Angel. However, the WB execs have decided to review an episode of Wonderfalls along with its pilots, which means it is in the running for the fall season.

That said, time to rally before it's too late. Send your support letters (and if you want to throw in a little zsa-zsa-zu, some kind of animal figurine) to:

I hope the show gets picked up. I think that it has a real chance on the wb. On local non cable tv chanels (fox) There is just way to much competition on thursdays, i think had the show be put on like tuesday, it would have faired better.
 
It is good, but not the FROG! Wonderfalls is to smart for the WB. They will try to make it into another teen drama. 🙁

Tim Minear posts on that thread from time to time. He recently posted a message concerning the possibility Warner might pick up Wonderfalls. He didn't sound optimistic.:

Here's the long and mostly short of it --

From what I understand, and this is by no means assured, the WB is going to screen an episode of "Wonderfalls" when they screen their pilots. We of course would hope they'd love what they see so much that they'd add "Wonderfalls" to their schedule. Unlikely, but that's a dream.

Concerning the disc containing two of the unshown episodes, yeah I'd like to see them, but in my opinion whoever's bidding $450 for them, has too much money. Tim Minear is optimistic about the remaining 9 episodes being shown in some form. Once that happens the episodes will appear on filesharers, and people will be downloading them for free. Here's something else Tim says on the message thread.

When speaking about "netlet" Bryan was talking about a cable situation, not unlike Bravo picking up Keen Eddie and airing produced episodes. So the chances are fair to good that our 13 will see the light of some day. I'm still angling for a DVD release as well.

WONDER NO MORE: Rumors that the WB may pick up Fox's recently canceled gem Wonderfalls for the fall are just that - rumors. "It's not true," a network source tells TV Guide Online.
