I've fallen in love with another song.
I don't pay attention to any charts so the first time I heard this song was on the Friday Night Project and since then I can't help but continuously play it.
The song is "Grace Kelly" by Mika.
The vocal is kinda Freddie Mercury, which I enjoy, and the lyrics are pretty singable.
I know at least one person who I made listen to this song hs grown to like it, and I think more will.
The video too. I think its one of the most impressive ones i've seen in years to be honest. What do you think?

Yes Bored you turned me into a freak. I've had this song stuck in my head ALL day. I tried to put it on my iPod this morning but it wouldn't, I was sad. 🙁

His album is pretty similar too. Nice upbeat happy stuff 😀

I only learned of Mika on Friday and events have made it impossible for my buying of the Album HOWEVER, I plan to buy it this weekend:)
I didn't like it at first, But I have liked the other songs you've posted after a few listens, so I gave this one a few turns before posting, and I like it, not my favourite song, but it is really good! Also couldn't get it out of my head!
 
This is just pure pop cheese. Pop cheese goes stale rather quickly. I actually find this song pretty nauseating. There are lots of things I could say about, but I'm not sure the song deserves my attention.

I will say this, I couldn't stand Queen. Just not my thing, at all, but they were a talented group. They crafted one of the greatest songs ever. All this joker has is that he imitates Freddie Mercury.

Actually he recorded it and released it as a single because the studio didn't think it was the right kind of "pop cheese", as you put it. It doesn't sound like any of the popular pop songs right now.
 
Oh yeah... 'his' music is soo different from what usually makes it into the charts.

Fifty years from now people will still be listening to Queen, they won't be listening to Mika Nobody. Talent endures. Mediocrity clings onto the wall like a bad smell but eventually it gets washed off.
