Worst Nightmare

Like litteral or in the dream state?

Well, either way I'd go with anything horrible happening to my kids. But that is probably a typical and natural mommy answer.
 
In a dream state it's always been about falling. Suddenly the ground gives way and I'm falling, and I just keep falling.

Sort of OT: the funniest nightmares, well, not the funniest to those who get them, are those given by dipping someone's hand in warm water while they're asleep. Guess what they do then? (Best done on a camping trip.)
 
The worst nightmare I've had was a recurring one where I'm on the Disney land ride splash mountain and it blows up. I have that one every couple of weeks. Kinda weird.

But my worst nightmare in the figuritive sense would have to be anybody hurting or abusing any one of my immediate family or one of my close friends.
 
I have a really horrible reccuring nightmare every time before i get ill. it's easily described as undescribable!! 🙁
 
The worse dream i ever had was that i was stuck in a box and feed drugs and i couldn't move and i couldn't wake up....it was SO scary!

In reality my worse nightmare would be if ANYTHING bad happened to anyone in my family and my other worse nightmare would be if i was in horrible pain before i died.
 
the worst the thing that could happen to me, is if something happend to me boyfriend... i don't wnt him hurt, but i want him to be happy always, and safe and whole!!
 
Dying. It freaksme out i cant stop thinking about it. how I die and what happens after.
 
worst nightmare...I'd hafta say something terrible happening to my immediate family and my friends (the people I value the most)
 
I always have this reoccuring dream where I'm buried alive. There is only this small area where I could squeeze out, but since I'm so 160 pounds (lol) I can't fit though it. Then bugs crawl into the thing and its ew.
 
A member of my family or a close friend dying, I suppose it happens but I just wouldn't want it to happen unless it was natural causes.
 
the other day i acually had a nightmare.. it was freaky!! i was walking barefoted with no pants(i had a nightgown on) and i left no heal imprestion when i walked.. and later i think it might not have been sand but snow(which would make more sence!) after walking through this road, that is right by my apartment, i saw my scar lying acainst this black wall that was on the one side of me, and i picked it on and i went on towards my apt. and the door was ope, and someone had broken inside, and stole all that was in my apt!

i know this tread wasn't about sleeping nightmares, but i am afraid of that besides something bad happening to my sweety! and not cos i have so many values in this house, cos all that is worth something(that you could sell, and make some money n, is this computer, and my boyf. computer!)
 
It was when I was about 13 or sommink, & I dreamt I had a baby & someone, that I couldn't see, took the baby. I was crying while I was sleeping, & very nervous & it was really really emotional.
I donno what it meant, but i'll always remember how awful it was
 
This is dream wise, still not clear on what you mean...So my worst dream....I just had it last night!

I was walking in my room to go to bed when i heared something out side my window and opened it and David Boranaz was out there....So he came in and i guess we knew eachother because he started talking about something terrible he did...And then we started kissing(yes i know its like a fantasey right now) and it was like heaven but then my door flew open and someone was standing there that i didnt know, and they shot him dead...I woke up with tears in my eyes...It was so sad...It felt so real...

thank god it's not!

dreams bout ppl being killed r not fun, but i donno about the meaning of it. I would ask to someone i know who can tell bout that.
 
i have had nightmares almost everynight for 2 weeks... last night i dreamt that someone had made a memorial page for Michelle branch, and it was called I know, and they had made it cos she was dead... don't ask me why i dreamt about MB not really a fan or anything..

but yeah agreeing with frenchy faith.. dreams about people getting killed are not much fun no!
 
This dream just happened recently. I've had worse, but this one seemed oddly symbolic somehow. I had a dream that I was driving down the road near my house and there was a series of really gory car accidents along the side of the road with dismemberment and huge pools of blood and smashed-in faces. There was nobody at the wrecks trying to cover them up or get the bodies out of there and I remember getting the feeling during the dream that it was not all that out of the ordinary for this to happen. It seems like this dream would have a pretty significant meaning, but I can't think of what it would be. I don't have any repressed rage or anything that I know of.
