I know everyone gets those horrible presents for the holidays then pretends like they like it. So what was your worst present this year that you absolutely hate?

My sister likes to shop at thrift stores.... For everything. Now, I too love thrift stores, but i'm not about to buy someone a piece of used clothing for their christmas present.... This is what my near 40yr old sister got the family for Xmas, used clothing.... Nedless to say, I'm spending too much time agonizing what to get her ever again.....

Has anyone ever got too many socks? Because I got way too many socks. Like ... can you ever have too many socks? Obviously my family doesn't think so ...

Probably some Mary Englebrite stuff, I don't like her at all, but my mom loves her, so I think she's thinking I'll just give it to her, which I will.

A big furry coat that looked like a bunch of dead animals glued together. My mom didn't think I'd like it, so why she gave to me I don't know. But I did get a new leather jacket which was much more than I was expecting, so that made up for it.

My step-mom got me this bright green hoddie...do I need to say anything???
And my friend got me pink, flower-shaped candles....obviously she's yet to discover I actually have a penis...
But you know...its the thought that counts....I guess....sorta....I'll get over it....

My worst present was from my Auntie she bought me a Jigsaw...she wasnt there so I just kinda looked and it and put to the side...I was like im 15years old I dont do jigsaws maybe 10years ago but not now....but it's the thought that counts I spose...

Bunch of young ingrates! In my day you were lucky to get presents - a tangerine and a shiny wooden clothes peg if you were lucky! 😛

OK, OK - anything that's slipper or sweater shaped, or anything else of the clothing persuasion. I much prefer to get that stuff for myself. Whatever you do, don't tell Mrs Pointy that!

Grandson Connor and myself are as one on this - if you can wear it, it's not a present (with the honourable exception of portable music player headphones - providing the player is attached - or cool hats 🙂)
