Ok I see your point, but I'm going to stick by my view. These one off interactions just aren't enough to convince me that there was genuine friendship there. Even the "you have to get out" thing was sort of at Angel's behest, if memory serves me right (I could be misremembering, though, so forgive me if I am).
And as for Cordy and Wes, I'll just say that if they had indeed shared a strong friendship, I would've thought she would've at least heard him out during the whole Connor kidnapping fallout. (Ok that was a pretty terrible thing Wesley did, but anybody who was a true friend to him would've at least tried to get his side of the story. We see Fred sort of struggle with this, but to no avail.) But Cordy made her allegiance to Angel clear and didn't really seem to care about anybody's opinions or feelings but his.
