Would Xander cheat on Anya?.

I think the circumstances of the foreshadowing he got from a victim of Anya in Hell's Bells was pretty close to the mark, although in that future, he still had both eyes and Anya didn't die. I think he would want to get as far away as he could after a few years with her. Would he cheat? Maybe. Would Anya cheat? Probably.

I think Oz's analysis of the situation is correct, Xander and Willow have a very long history together, and you never really fall out of love, especially as an adolescent. Because you're love's bitch. Okay, maybe Oz didn't come up with that part. Point is, unique circumstances.
Xander strikes me as the type who would be "satisfied" with what life has given him, and as his key characteristic is loyalty, would remain loyal to Anya. As for Anya, well, she is a monster. But I also don't want to give Credence to Darkest Timeline magic vision quests, as hate leads to suffering, not power.

I don't think so. Xander and Willow were an entirely different thing; the long history as AlphaFoxtrot mentions. Xander's relationship with Cordelia was never stable; they were even in a "relationship" whilst not really liking each other.
In "Where the Wild Things Are", Xander and Anya "broke up" briefly and Xander flirted with another woman. And backed away promptly when it started to get serious. In addition, one major reason for cheating is lack of sex. Not exactly a problem with Anya, who thinks once a day is a good start (the argument's origins were on not having sex twice making her think they were breaking up).
I don't think Anya would have cheated either; she was very focused on Xander. Even after their relationship was destroyed, they still were very focused on each other (given the circumstances, Spike doesn't really count). Now, as to whether or not she'd have suggested having someone else join in... not sure I'd put that past her.

Given Anya's history I think Xander would be very weary to cheat on her.
But I wouldn't be surprised if Anya cheated because it seemed like she was pushing their relationship through all the steps that she thought was normal- getting their own place, getting engaged, and then getting married and having a child would have been next. But after that, once there's no more huge things to check off it's just supposed to be the next 50 years with Xander and I think Anya would quickly lose satisfaction from it because there's not really a normal person guidebook anymore which is why fairytale stories end with the wedding or maybe the birth of the first child.
