Would you join The Scoobies?

Yeah, I'd totally sign up. No idea how I'd go about that but I'd probably have befriended Buffy from the off like Willow and Xander so I'd have found out like they did.

I'd want to make sure I was little more capable of defending myself though, not at like slayer strength but I'd want to do a wee bit of training here and there.

This has just got me thinking about all the things I would have done if I was a Scooby. Like, I wouldn't have given up on Faith and I would totally have let Buffy have it before it reached the intensity that it did in season seven. I would have wanted to be someone who kept Buffy grounded and not let her build quite the superiority complex that she did. Although, that's all i hindsight I guess!

Although there would be no Bangel ship. Y'all would be hardcore, passionate Flangel shippers! 😉 😛

Back to the point i'd love to have a situation whereby when i go to sleep i enter the Buffyverse, would make going to bed a lot more exciting :biggrin3:

Then you could have the best of both worlds.
 
Yes, I'd join the Scoobies as I'd rather be "in the know," and of course, fighting the good fight.

But then again, I'd be afraid of Joss killing me off. :tongue3:
 
I definitely would. I've always been a fighter, anyway, and if it meant I could use that to fight for the greater good, I totally would. 🙂
 
I'd join the scoobies. I'd rather fight vampires than be totally shocked one day when I come across one in an alley and it bites me.
 
i would want to join, but i'm afraid i would be like Dawn: the smallest (if not the youngest), with everybody wanting to get me out off trouble and not wanting me to help



i always was a fighter, but usually i lost the fight :tongue3🙁1,55 m is not too tall, even in my country were people are small)
 
This is really far fatched(LOL!) Danny..... but!!! I guess i'll play along!

I'd probably be the Lorne of the Scoobies lol 😛 Having a good friendship with the others, giving my support, not much into fightning(unless I had to) and singing some tunes(I wish I could sing like him)! Hahaha!
 
No, really don't think I would join.

I do think that would be an excellent Sunnydale citizen though.
Pretending that everything is okay while ignoring strange things and obvious problems, high death rate ect, sounds exactly like me. 🙂

I would totally join them since I would like the adventure and the thrill of it. Sure it would be dangerous and I would keep that in mind, but doing something that big is something I would do it in a minute if given the choice.
 
I'd definitely join them but idk how. The only people that "joined" without being a boy/girlfriend were Wood and Andrew, and there were special circumstances surrounding them.

Like others have said, I think you'd have more of a chance fighting with them, even without fighting skills (Andrew, Anya), then hiding out for some demon to find and kill you.

Now AI is different... In no way would I EVER join them. You have to be special to join that group, and after you get the specialness, you have to fight friggin world-ending things EVERY day! Eff that.

And I kinda like what someone else said. I'd probs be the Lorne of the Scoobies too. I can sing, and I can give good advice. 🙂

I always thought of this as a child, i always thought' waow it would be so cool to join the scoobies' I totally would have.
If we were living in the same town with vamps&demons i would have, i agree with TCT, i'd rather know about that stuff and fight. Rather than getting took away by a vamp.😉
 
I would probably only join the Scoobies for protection, since I'm not a fighter and avoid confrontations whenever possible. If I absolutely had to, I'd fight, but I don't think I'd be very good at it (I'm not a very good athlete, for one thing).
 
Hell yeah. Bring it on. I would join the scoobies in a heartbeat. But i would do it the Spike way. Getting sired and than fighting for my soul. So i don´t have to worry to hurt the scoobies but i would be strong enough to protect them. :biggrin3:
 
I'd like to think I would join but I honestly don't know how. I think it would happen in a very Oz like way. I see something crazy supernatural happen, the Scoobies try and ease me into it and I'm more like "Ok,now all of this make sense".

I'd sooner join the Scoobies than Angel Investigations, since 100% of Angel's human Lieutenants died gruesomely, but the Scoobies didn't make out too well either.

Both Willow & Xander lost the loves of their lives, and Xander lost an eye.
 
I'd defo want to join and cross my fingers that I'm enough of a likeness to Buffy that Spike or Angel might look my way! LOL
 
I'd like to think I'd join them but honestly I'd more likely be the Faith of the group. I don't play too well with others... I'd rather just zoom in and out as it pleases me.
 
I think I would join if I allready was friends with them. I'm really loyal to my friends and would do almost anything for them. I can see myself being friends with them, I often become friends with very strong independent women and geeks (maybe 'cause I'm a mix of the two 🙂), so it wouldn't be impossible. If the show were real that is 🙂
