Hi,
I guess most of you know a lil' bit about us (= VirtualSlayer.tk), either because you read one of our stories or because you saw me or Samara flash our banner at you 😉 We're a small group of fans dedicated to keeping the verse alive. We do so in the form of the virtual continuations. We write screenplays for Buffy and Angel which we publish on our website, as well as on this message board. Additionaly, we make fanart complimentary to the stories.
As we're finishing up the production of Seasons 6 of Angel and 9 of Buffy, we're initiating the production of seasons 7 and 10. However, we have very little staff and in order to publish on a more or less regular basis, we'll need more people. Writers in the first place, but graphical artists as well as video artists are appreciated too.
What we require of you is not talent but a good personality and some ambition. We'll claim to want to keep the Verse alive, but in truth our main goal is to have fun. Therefore, we look for nice people in the first place, people we like to work with. On the other hand, we DO want to work; so, we'll need people who actually are willing to put time and effort into this. In order to test this we'll ask you to write a sample-script. If you apply you'll get the specifics for the sample-script, but do know that it will have to be in script-format (or something you think looks like it 😉.)
Again, I can't stress enough how we are about having fun; the quality of your script will not be taken into account when looking over your application. It's just a test of ambition. Although, if it's not legible because of really bad spelling/grammar we will frown upon it... though not even too much.
