It's a direct quote from Xander while speaking to Dawn after they discover she isn't a SIT.. It seems to imply that the First is aware of everything they talk about, even when no one else is around to hear.
It would be nice if the title actually had some significance to it, but I don't think it has to. I'd like to see Xander noteworthy for something before the show ends though.

My guess would be a patch although it would look wierd....i hope Josh would have willow fix it with magic or something or else will have to look at pirate xander for the next 4 episodes who is not as cute as reg. Xander🙂

I watched it, downloaded it, its sad, and quite creepy how he screams. I mean i didnt expect him to laugh at having his eye poked out, but it was creepy, the whole atmosphere, his scream. 'your the one who sees things arent you' and Xanders head shaking as Caleb held him. At leaset though, maybe losing an eye will make him 'see' that hes way to fat and realises he needs to loose wait, becuase hes getting WAY to fat!
