I wondered if any of you guys play xbox live? I have recently started playing and it would be cool to play you guys. If you do my gamertag is XllAngelusXll I play:
Gears of war
Halo3
Call of duty 4
Fifa 08

I hope to see some of you online.
 
Well my XBL Gold membership expired last week and I don't play any of those games you mentioned, but I'll probably get Grand Theft Auto IV in a couple weeks (or later if it sells out) and renew my Gold at the same time. Gamertag is peepingtom86 and my real name is tom. Tried adding you a few times but I must be getting the spelling wrong somewhere.
 
My hubby has Xbox live. I can't really play a lot of the games because I get motionsickness, but I can play Guitar Hero (II and III) and Rock Band. I've never played it online before, but that would be fun. I think our Xbox live account name is Sinobyte.

I LOVE Rockband!
Rockband is great. I like it better than guitar hero because you can design your own characters. You can also play the drums sing and the guitar. Then you make a band with others and get fans depending on how well you play. You earn money and buy new instruments, clothes, and you can get private jets etc. You go on tour and you just get to do some much more than guitar hero lets you.

Oh that sounds great thanks. But Its going to cost £150 thats a bit expensive.
 
Rock band is a bit on the expensive side, yes. My hubby got it as a b-day gift from my parents. Guitar Hero is a nice alternative if you feel like getting half the product for half the price. As it happens, I prefer the guitar to the other instruments, anyway. The drums and vocals are really hard!

That said, I do really like Rock Band. I agree with DDD; it does allow for more user control and easier party play than does Guitar Hero.
