XFactor UK 2013

I remembering thinking Jade should have gotten through last time she auditioned, and I remember watching shocked when Melanie McCabe got dropped, but neither seemed as amazing as before.

I like the pressure on the contestants in the room, but it's way less exciting for Saturday night tv.

I'm probably giving a reality show to much thought but when we get to lives, Saturday is the event and Sunday is the come down, but with this format Saturday is the build up, which doens't suit Saturday and leaves you wanting more, and then Sunday is the anti-climactic event cuz we already know how good they are.

Bring on the lives!!

Yeah, I'm raging to be honest. I had fully planned on getting back into XFactor after not bothering with it last year. This new format is after ruining my plans of pyjamas, wine and a curry of a Saturday night. Well, at least until live shows anyway.

I thought Jade had a bit of a Christina Aguilera rasp to her voice this year. I like Melanie, she reminds me of loads of girls I know, but I think she's lost as a solo act, she'd be way better in a group.

THE DREAM!! Pajamas, Wine and Curry! I am definitely looking more forward to lives! At least they are doing the stadium auditions on a Sunday and now using it to draw the shows out by an extra week, I'd probably stop watching if they'd done that!

Didn't want Barclay to go through

(and his name just makes me think of the bank)

if abbie gets through to the live shows lets hope they give her a make over!

Am I the only one not seeing what everyone else seems to be seeing with Next of Kin?

They're very average.

I hate Souli, I like the Plastics though, they have moments of being okay at singing, but they do put on a good performance, I can see them being the next Rylan or Jedward and the show needs acts like that.

Wasn't impressed with last weeks, hoping for something good this time around

I think I remember who you are talking about, and he was excellent.

Can't believe its the last auditions (I'm happy it is, Lives are much better) but there hasn't been anyone amazing!

I like it, I can't wait for someone to lose a seat!!!

You'd think they'd just give the first 6 people a chair, and rotate them around after that - for the drama of people getting upset losing a seat!

Although it is a bit like an XFactor producer saw the rating for The Voice, saw that people only cared during the spinning seats stage and though "We need more seats"

Also are we noticing a lack of joke acts?!?

It does remind be of The Voice too, with the singing battles as well as the chairs. I hope it's not going to be the crying show for the next 3 weeks of boot camp

Oh yeah, I like this!

It's kinda ruthless doing it in front of the person losing their seat, but that makes awesome TV.

I'd say they'll get 3 done from another category by the end of today, then the final 3 and all 6 of another category tomorrow.
Final category next sat and start judges houses next Sunday?

Dont think bootcamp could be 3 weeks this time.
