I haven't started shopping yet, god your organised (although I already knew that, 😉), But I have started think yey Christmas in a few months!!

I don't get people that say Christmas starts to early, it's the best holiday it should go on for as long as possible!!

Christmas is the greatest holiday ever! Kicks the ass of Easter, Birthdays, Valentines Day, and any other holiday! But I havent started shopping. Because I don't.

I can't believe how quickly this year has flown in.

And you are young and life is long and there is time to kill today
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you

I'm having a baby at christmas time so I am thinking about xmas alot:biggrin:

Ok well now I feel selfish, I'm just thinking 'Presents!!!!' - I don't have a better reason, in all fairness I don't really need one...

Foi you are so ready to be a MOM!!! With Bubba's debut in December that is going to be one kid swimming in wrapping paper LOL.
Oh and yeah I've already started my shopping. Small trinkets for Ms. TT some kitchen stuff for a niece who has moved out on her own. The rest of the nieces and nephews get gift certificates.

I don't start my Christmas shopping until at least late November, usually the middle of December. Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas, (how could you not?) but I just don't see the point in starting the shopping so early.

I'm not really a Christmas fan. I'm more of a Halloween fan, its not even Halloween and people are talking about Christmas!

I used to like it as a kid but now that everyone is all grown up its just not the same. The one thing I do like about it is in Edinburgh they have this Winter Wonderland in Princes Street gardens with little fairy lights, a german market, ice rink and Christmas muisc. It really is some pretty, I love walking through all the stalls with a gingerbread latte from Starbucks. Its the one thing I love from Starbucks and its always annoyed me that its only out at christmas so I have to put away enough in a month to last me a year. My current tally is about 6 a day, but I am pretty much addicted to coffee and seeing as i've stopped smoking and only drink occasionally I think i'm allowed that one vice.

Now Hogmanay...thats a holiday 😀

Foi be warned, I was meant to be born on Christmas day, however I was born on 21st October. I think my reasoning being that if I was born on Christmas then I would only get one present held back and wrapped in birthday paper. Who wants their birthday over shadowed by the supposed birth of another!

You see the way I see it is, the more pressies etc you get out of the way early, the more money you have to spend partying during the Christmas Season. So if I get all my pressies by November, my wages for December can go towards having fun!

I think that's a prevalent Scottish characteristic. Christmas really isn't that big of a deal, New year is when we get our partying on.

And if there's one thing we Scots excel at, it's partying.
