Hi, little late to do the intro, but whatever.
Just my basic stats. I'm 49 (Official old guy.) I'm a Sergeant with the NYPD, working out of Manhattan. My position is that of FTO (Field Training Officer). When a rookie comes out of the academy, they get me assigned as their first partner for their field training (or hazing, whichever you want to call it. :evilgrin2 )
I'm a single father, with a 20 year old daughter (In her 3rd year at NYU, majoring in Criminal Justice. Just like her old man.)

Hi Sarge and welcome to the BB 🙂 I think I may now have a rival for oldest active BB-er...I've never disclosed my real age before, everyone kind of gets that I'm older than them, but I suspect you and I were born in the same year...my Big Five-Oh is in August btw...

Welcome to the boards - we're always happy to have one of New York's finest on the roster 😉 I went to NYU myself (for grad school). 🙂
