You know your obsessed when...

Don't know if this is the right place, but I'll post it here!

You know you're obsessed with Btvs/Ats when...
*You never leave the house at night without a stake and/or a cross
*You save all the money you can so that you can buy all the dvds. And when you have them all, you don't know what to spend your money on
*You're convinced your little sister is the Key
*You break down in tears whenever something sad happens on the show, and walk around depressed for days
*You think every guy or girl who's fashion is out of date is a vampire
*You get very interested in your towns Mayor, and try to prove he's a bad guy
*Everytime you see a girl fighting, you say "I think there's a new slayer in town!"
*You do Anya's money dance without even noticing (I did it on a buss stop!)
*You know all the OMWF songs and sing along everytime you see the episode
*You get your friends to learn the songs, and you all sing it together whenever bored
*you force your friends to watch, and get them as hooked as you

Ok, that's all I can think of for now...anyone else have any?
 
*You're constantly ordering relatives to "Do the dance of shame."

*Halloween is the one day you can actually relax.

*You say words such as "sod" "git" and other Cockney words a lot (Which I am at the moment, must of said sod about 30 times today)
*You make long inspirational speeches lots
*You keep yak cheese in your bra, you hear it can be useful
*You steal someones son in the hope it will eventually make you look and act more manly and rugged
*You're afraid to look at then read any books in the library, just in case.

I do that! I say "Sod off!" all the time......no one really has any idea what it means.....
 
*You come out with statements that you would only ever hear on Buffy o0r Angel... such as "What is your childhood trauma?", "You have "But" face!" or "I'm tired of being your buttmonkey!"

Morbid much! I use that one all the time.
 
Has anyone else ever done Anya's money dance? I did it at a busstop! Seriously! I was waiting for the bus, and I had a song in my head, and started doing the money dance...not much, I didn't really do the hand thing, just the head thing, but I still did it...Thankfully there was noone around, but I still felt embarrassed!
 
I think your missing an obvious one 😉

You spend most of your time on a Buffy/Angel board or you run one.

I must admit that whenever I can get the sayings out I will, I don't even realise i'm doing it now. Friends does that to, I mean how many people talk like Chandler now adays!

Back to Buffy/Angel phrases, the ones I love using is the childhood trauma mention above also, 'I mock you with my monkey pants', and one of my faves 'Boo hoo why don't I wipe away the tears with my plastic hand.'
 
JustAnnie, I wanted to let you know that this is a great thread and hopefully we can keep it going for a while.

*You needed to go through a 12 step recovery program when BTVS ended, then needed 13 steps after Angel
 
*You design your wardrobe like your fave character's*

The outfit Crody wore in the Billy ep I loved and have been trying to find my equal to it.

I have also copied Qwen's glove look. (Oh yeah - I totally have electricity in my blood).
 
OMG these were SO funny!!! I do SO many of them!!!

*Your best friend spends months before Christmas and your birthday custom designing and making you original Buffy the Vampire Slayer stuff cause she knows that's all you like!*

Seriously, I have hand painted BtVS wine glasses, a black velvet throw pillow with the BtVS logo in purple hand-stitched on it...Buffy bobbleheads...omg I could go on and on!

LOL! I'm too braindead to offer my own tonight, but if you guys don't mind, I'd like to take all these and post them on my site.

edit: Actually, I do have one: You hang around the boards through all hours of the nights even though the last new post was made hours ago, and youve replied to everything humanely possible. Plus, you have to pee....

I went everywhere trying to find that white top that Buffy wore in "I Will Remember You". I can't find it. But it would look so good on me!
 
I don't do any of those things...really..::looks around embarrased hoping no one will realize I do most of them...:: lol....


I sat Five by Five all the time...I randomly quote Buffy only to get weird looks from my friends...

I'm not obsessed...really....

You know your obsessed when...
You actually buy the book that teaches you how to talk like them...
You add much to the end of many words...Morbid Much, Weird much, Crazy much...ect...
