When Willow tries to use a spell against the First she goes all black eyed and says this in her evil deep voice.

Is this The First speaking or is it "Dark Willow" trying to get out again?

The First Evil appear as be any DEAD person that it wants. That would make it pretty hard for it to appear as any carnation of Willow, unless we include the Wishverse Vamp Willow. With that in mind, I would have to say that it's definitely Dark Willow making the statement.

Is that the scene where The First bursts out of Willow right after that? I think there's no question its the first.

I think it was similar to Caleb, the plan was the have evil overrun good, then the first could 'enter every man women and child' I think if there was a lot of evil in you the first has access, and Willow had recently been evil.
