We are all experts in some way, or at least that's what I think. So what are you an expert at saying? Words that you've used so many times that they no longer are just words, but a part of you. Or perhaps phrases you just love to use and are good at using.

Me I'm an expert at saying "Don't know." Said it som many times that it's no longer just words, but I have somehow changed them into something new that is me.

Absurd is a word I love using, but aucontrary to "Don't know" the word is my master and not the other way around.
 
Well, it's a toss up between two phrases.

My husband would say that my best set of words is "Honey......" and followed by some request. It's my motto almost.

But, for the past year, I've really been saying "I'm Done!" I work with kids, and when they get out of control, that's what I say. The kids all pretty much know that when I say that, they've gotten out of control and they normally settle down.
 
Hmm... See I tend to make up sounds, rather than words... Well, they are "made" into words... For example, meh or bah... It's a total Canadian thing, and it's been filtering throughout everyones vocabulary...

A phrase I say often is "You're so fired!" when someone does something either stupid, or I don't like... I say it a lot really... 🙂

I am really good at saying 'freaking idiot'. When I am talking to someone, they know it's me when I say 'freaking idiot'.😀
 
"That'll do pig" seems to be my most used phrase at the moment (unless you count the railing and a-cursin', yarr!)

That's probably what I say the most. And I sometimes use it in the most appropriate times.

Mine is probably "I was like..." and "he/she was like..."

It annoys me no end but I can't seem to stop saying it. That and "okies hunny..."!
 
"I hear ya!" for some reason I can not get through a converstation without saying that phrase! 😀
 
My two common sayings are
"No way Hosay!" and instead of saying cool, I often say "Super hero like even!"
 
Urm......... most used word.. well not actually a word.. tends to be "oooo" or "hmm" and "koolio"... so many i have..
 
"Thanky" & "oky do" & "ooooh"(surprised) & "awww" (it's cute) & "wow" (excited about something)...
oh yeah & also "how stupid am I" :zip: :teeth:

"That makes me happy" if something is cool (my mom and dad tease me for this one)

"Rock on." This can mean...pretty much anything.

"OOURGHA!" (many mistakenly pronounce this word "Hoorah". that is incorrect. Not enough gutteral grunting for the Marines in that one. This could also mean pretty much anything, including but not limited to: Gotcha, copy that, cool, that's awesome and I want one, good god I'm hungry, get the crap out of my way cause I'm gonna assault that building etc, etc.)

"Bless your heart!" possibly also "Bless her/his heart!" (if you're from the south, you know what I mean by this. If you aren't and don't I'm not going to tell you. It's code.)

I also speak in military "code". Not actually code, but that's what all of my friend who didn't grown up with an Navy dad and aren't currently dating a Marine call it. Acronyms like BDU, MRE, BUPERS, etc. Also words and phrases like deck, bulkhead, head, OOORGHA, GoNavyBeatArmy (which is said as all one word), squared away, field day etc, etc. Actually I don't speak general military code so much as...I speak Navyese.
 
i say YEAH!(in an energetic way alot!) OR "YA_YA"(also very energetic) and when some one is right about something i usualy say"you are not wrong" (and some times, "can't argue with that".. in a happy tone...)

elmo: LOl i have something similare to that, i say LIKE alot... or Lissom as it is in Norwegian,(the right way to write it is Liksom, but you say it like this LISSOM)... if i have been hanging out with my lil brother i say it EVEN more then usual, and man is that annoying t say that word 4-5 times in just a min or so 😉 LOL

and "you know". oh and the word HOT... that song is so HOT, that video is SO HOT.... (that word is the same in Norwegian...)

i think i say sometihing else alot as well, but i haven't really talked to that many people to day, so i'm drwing a bllank.. i remembered yesterday though ... :hihi:

Okay, so when I get frustrated.. For some reason I always say "Son of a donkey." LOL. Originally I said it when I spilled a bottle of pills on the floor at work and a customer was within earshot. I filled in donkey so that the customer wouldn't get offended...then it just kinda stuck....LOL
