What kind of computer do you have? Desk top, lap top, netbook or something else? More than one?

I have two IBM Thinkpad T42's (one that I just bought for parts but it turned out to be an easy fix) and a little Acer netbook that I bought just for when we travel.
 
Soooo....my hubby just buys the electronics for me, so I'm not sure of the technical terms, but I use a Dell all-in-one desktop. I know there's a name for them, but I can't remember. I love it - one cord. Wireless keyboard and mouse. Photoshop Elements for my digiscrapping. Happy wifey.
 
I have a Lenovo G570. I had a Lenovo G550 but I broke it and sent it in to get fixed and they replaced it with this one. This one is faster... but I miss my 550. I got it back when the 550 came with touch volume control, and I miss that. Also, this one's metal casing was great with me at first, but now it's got a dent in it... and the plastic dents are easy to ignore and/or fix. This is sharp and irritating. But this computer is a HELL of a lot faster than my old one and the camera is SO much better.... so complaining is something I can't do a lot of.

I have a Dell desktop. It's old. Like 2003/2004 old. lol So it still has Windows XP on it.

I also have a laptop. But the laptop has Windows Vista because it's newer than my desktop.😀
 
I use an HP desktop. I wanted a Mac, but couldn't afford one at the time. 🙂 I'm pretty happy with my desktop; it's a pretty good computer for what I use it for.
 
I use a 13-inch Macbook. I've had it for almost two years now and I've never had a problem with it.

My dad is really into technology, so I'm afraid my household has a LOT of computers. The current total is...seven, I think? Most are either Dell or Mac computers, and I think we have one Acer laptop that we got on Black Friday a while back.

I've got you beaten. My 3 laptops, my wife's two, my son and his wife, i each, one desk top here and one at the syudio. Plus the antique that my granddaughter plays with. That's 10.

I'm currently using a red toshiba satellite c660 laptop. I've had it about four months and I love it. It's got loads of memory and I can use it for everything. I also use my iPod a lot on line which I thinks great
 
My main desktop I built, it's got a Core2 duo 6600 cpu, 4gb ram, 512mb nvidia 8800GTS, .5~tb uh... Dell e5400, ibm r40, ibm r52, eee 900 20g, and a few other laptops and a few gen3 rackmountable servers

The desktop I don't use anymore my dad built. And then he just RE-built it a couple weeks ago. I felt like that was a relevant piece of information.

Not really sure about all the details, but it's a Dell laptop, 15-something inch. Windows Vista.
 
I've got a HP-G61 laptop, with Windows 7 Ultimate. It's quite a nice wee thing.
 
I have a Lenovo Ideapad U160 16'' laptop and a Dell desktop PC. The desktop is 6 years old now and lives at my parents', but is still fully functioning, and I've had the laptop for a bit over a year and am reasonably happy with it. When I bought it I needed a new computer really quickly and didn't have much time to save up, so I opted for a cheaper one, but you can't really say anything against Lenovo - what you see is what you get.

Ultimately I want a macbook, but it will be a while until I can afford one of those babies.

Yeah, Lenovo/IBM computers aren't the prettiest things on the market, but they're built like tanks and as reliable the U S Mail USED to be.
