For me was Angelus, Spike and Drusilla, all of them soulless xD
They were bad, but not the BIG BAD, I think.

Vamp Willow was cool too, agreed Willy.
 
Ethan Rayne. He had a certain amoral style about him that none of the others seemed to possess. I think of him more as a simple con man/opportunist than a real villain, though. Sure, he might try to kill you to advance his current scheme, but he would probably be just as likely to cover your back, from a safe distance, of course, if it served his purposes.

Holden Webster, Ethan Rayne and of course the biggest favourite Vamp Willow. Come on, you can´t be surprised. 😉 And I know Andrew was "bad" in season six but I just can´t see him as bad. He´s to "cute" and innocent for that. He was just mislead by Warren....

I think Lindsey, Lilah and Holland all qualify. It was always the Senior Partners that were Big Bads. But those three.... Back in the Glory days....
 
Lyndsey if he can be classed as not being a big bad, if not, Doc. Doc was pretty cool =D
 
Ethan Rayne for me too. Lindsey and Doc were great, but for second place. Lilah and Holland Masters are not bad either.

Of one timers i agree with Sweet.
