My favorite line from Angel Was in "A hole in the world" Fred to Wesley:

Fred: Wesley, Why can't I stay?

That sentence was just packed with so much emotion and extremely well delivered by Amy Acker I think.

And there are just too many from Buffy to list 🙂.

My favourite would have to be the "yellow crayon" scene in Grave, with Xander and Willow, it's definitly one of my faves.

Also love Buffy's speech in "checkpoint" to the council.... and Giles' entrance in the end of "two to go"... oh! and Spike's love speech in "lover's walk".... yeah I like many I'm afraid😀
 
there are so many in both shows, that it's hard to narrow it down to just one.
a few of mine would be the following:

"Would you like me to lie to you now?" Illyria, 'Not Fade Away'-this was the moment i knew Wesley was going to die...and i cried like a baby from this point until the final name of the credits.

Angelus's voice over speech in 'Passions' still sends chills down my spine.

"I learnt that from my father," Connor, 'Origins'-i just loved this line, and the look Connor gives Angel from the elevator is just so brilliant.

Buffy's 'do you want to be strong' speech is 'Chosen'

And, for now, Buffy's last word on the show..."Spike"...how can you not love that? 😉
 
^That Passions speech is incredible it is very well done, as is Fred's death, It was actually painful to watch, and Buffy's The Gift speech!

On a lighter mood, I love:
I do doodle, you too. You do doodle too.

It was just so Willow, That line just sums her up for me
 
lol yeah I think the doodle line is very Willow so is "Don't warn the tadpoles...I have frog fear.
 
Well my favourite is the little convo between Glory and Buffy before the truck hits Glory in Season 5.

Glory: Any last words slay runt!

Buffy: Just one... Truck.

Oh and most of Spikes lines I loved, also the passions poem that Angel says throughout the episode.
 
The first one that truly caught my attention was Buffy's mini-speech in "Earshot"

"My life happens to, on occasion, suck beyond the telling of it. Sometimes more than I can handle. And it's not just mine. Every single person down there is ignoring your pain because they're too busy with their own."

Cordy's good-bye speech in You're Welcome.
Buffy's good-bye speech in The Gift.
Xander's yellow crayon speech.
Anya's moment in The Body.
Buffy's speech in Chosen.
Angel's speech in Power Play. Not the ants one, the one where he explains his plan.
Buffy's speech to Jonathan in Earshot.
Buffy's I don't want to die speech in Prophecy Girl.

I could quote about a thousand things from the shows. The dialogue, for me, has always been the strength of the shows.
