What is your favorite "what if scenario"?Well in fct it don't have to be a scenario, it could be a question too! You don't have to answer them, it's just a thread for all those what if this and this would have happened things? I love thinking about them. There everybody can make his or her own thoughts, there is no wrong and right. Of course you can tell us to what you think would have happened in your fav. scenario! I am very interested!

So what if...
 
What if Angelus had met bad Faith? Would they have clicked or been enemies? I like to think they would have gotten together but then I also hoped that Angel and good Faith would have got together too lol.

My favorite "What If" scenario would have had to be:

What if neither Spike nor Anya had died at the end of Season 7 and had stayed with Buffy and Xander, respectively, either there in Sunnydale or anywhere else.

Followed by:

What if Charisma had never had to leave "Angel" and she and Angel had finally decided and come to terms with whatever their relationship really was.
 
What if Xander had told Buffy the truth when he came to her before she was about to fight Angelus in Becoming. What if he had told her that Willow was trying to restore Angel's soul, instead of lying to her...

Funnily enough, right now I write a fic based on that premise.
What if...Angel never left at the end of Season 3?
What if...Buffy hadn't died at the end of Season 5?
What if...Dawn had actually been born as Buffy's sister, instead of the entire "Key" plot?
What if...Angelus had turned Buffy into a vampire at the end of Season 2? (One of my favs.)🙂

Like the Dawn one...
As a Spuffy, I cannot not wonder what would have happened if Willow hadn't stopped her spell in time in Something Blue, what if Buffy and Spike got married.

And another, Spuffy one again, what if Spike hadn't died in Chosen. Buffy started saying something about them (maybe) starting to date if they make it. But then he died and the clue was left hanging there.

Great first scenario... and the second is very interestign too!
What if Buffy finds out about the missing day from IWRY?

What if Cordy had been on Angel season 5 (& had to deal with the repricussions of her actions while controlled by Jasmine)?

And my big what if: What if there had been a 6th season of Angel?

Yes, that's always very much interested me as well. Lots of conjecture, tho' I thought that the writers/Joss said that, aside from its presence in the plot to make you think, that it really was just an illusion.
What if Tara hadn't died and her death was just a set up? She paid Warren in kittens, candy, and comic books to shoot her because she was on the run from her crazy mob family. She comes back season 7, she and Willow have a spat (cause hello, faking your own death which in turns makes the love of your life go insane which of course causes her to try and destroy the world, is extremely rude) but they're happy, life is grand, and Kennedy is somehow accidentally shot in her left butt cheek with a crossbow by Tara whose finger slipped.

In all seriousness, I really wish that Xander had been yelled at about what he did in season 2, or that there had been a confrontation. Or...I wish that when Xander made that quip about Buffy sleeping with Spike being bad because he slaughtered half of Europe, Buffy would have the rubbed the fact that freaking Anya was once a killing machine herself...in his face. He can be such an ass sometimes.

What if... Buffy had accepted the Shadow Men's offer for "more power" from the original demon that gave her her Slayer powers? Would she truly have become more evil herself? Less human? "different" in a bad way? Or just a super-slayer?

That's pretty interesting! I think she would have to pray a prize. She always had to. For example she paid her hole childhood for the "normal Slayer" gift. Maybe (in the more or less harmless scenario) she would got arrogant just like Faith. We saw how this ended!
