I have to do a food tech project, which includes research on bread. I'm meant to do a survey, but I can't be bothered to stand on the street, so I was left pooped.

But then I thought hey! The people at BB might be able to help me out, so here I am. All I want to know is what your favourite type of bread is. It doesn't have to be fancy. If could even be a white roll. 😛

Italian, wheat, or....ack, what's it called? Honey - *thinks of word*....honey - *thinks again*.......I'll try and remember it...

You're a food tech/science major?? I work for a major Fragrance/Flavor Manufacturer if you're anywhere near NJ.
 
I like plain white bread. I take it, eat the crusts, then ball up the white stuff so its one big ball, and pick at it. It lasts a while, so I don't eat alot while I'm watching TV. and it's tasty. My man, Dempsters, is da' best!

Everyone up to year 9 has to do food tech. I'm only 14 so still year 9, but thankies for the offer 😀

Where's NJ btw? *feels stupid*
 
New Jersey, more specifically, where I work in NJ is about 20 miles or so from New York City in the United States.

Now you're talking...that's a stellar choice! But my most fave is rye bread with carraway seeds...and lotsa corned beef, or Montreal smoked meat...mmmm....hungry now :::looks around for lunchpail:::
