I was just wondering, instead of saying whats your favourite episode of season 1 e.c.t... I wanna know what everyones favourite episode of each season is. If you want, include your favourite quote from that ep. or why you like it.

Season 1: Welcome to The Hellmouth, The Harvest, Angel and Prophecy Girl... The first 2 cause that was just all new and great...
GILES: The earth is doomed!... Angel cause it's the start of a great relationship between Angel and Buffy and Prophecy Girl cause it has jusy got great acting in it.

Season 2: Halloween, Lie To Me, What's My Line (1+2), Suprise, Innocence, Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered, Passion, Go Fish and both Becoming episodes... Suprise and Innocence have got to be 2 of the best episodes that turn the season's storyline around and they are so sad too. Joss Whedon actually said that "yesterday we had a rocket launcher, today is so much better", that's cause the scene between Buffy and Joyce at the end of Innocnce was better than the whole rocket launcher thing.

Season 3: Anne, Dead Man's Party, Faith, Hope and Trick, Revelations, Band Candy, Amends, Lovers Walk, Bad Girls, Consequences, Earshot, The Prom, Graduation Day (1+2) and loads more from season 3. I loved The Prom so much and the song 'Wild Horses' at the end just sets the scene.

Season 4: Living Conditions, Beer Bad, Something Blue, Hush, Doomed, A New Man, The I in Team, Goodbye Iowa, Who are You?, This Year's Girl, Superstar (only when Buffy and Riley make up), Where The Wild Thing Are!!! - so stupid... The Yoko Factor, Primevil and Restless. Loved almost the whole of Season 4, some great stand alone episodes.
 
Season 1: "The Pack" because it was all about Xander (& the evil look makes him soooo much hotter), and a good Xander-centric episode doesn't happen very often.

Season 2: "Phases", okay who wants to guess why?

(fav of all time) Season 3: "Earshot" because I thought the 'Buffy hears everybody's thoughts' idea was brilliant. They were able to characterize each person by their thoughts in just one episode.

(2nd fav of all time) Season 4: "Restless", by far the one BtVS episode that made me think the most.

Season 5: "The Body" and I'm choosing this episode just because of the the entire scene at Willow's dorm room with Tara, Anya, & Xander.

Season 6: "Grave", great ending, great writing, great everything, and Willow being evil put it over the top (for me)

Season 7 (so far): "Selfless" because, well, Anya, and it had a sweet ending.

Season 1: "Out Of Mind, Out Of Sight" - I really liked that storyline and I hope Marcy can make another "appearance"! (doubtful)🙄

Season 2: "Becoming (1&2)" - Wonderful plotline, and terriblely sad! ::crying::

Season 3: "Graduation Day (1&2)" - Wonderful end to a wonderful season! To bad Faith had to be in a coma!::bsad::

Season 4: "Restless" - Very different, and for the better. Creepy in its own sort of way, and loved how it gave all kinds of fore-shadowing! ???

Season 5: "The Gift" - Hands down the very best of its kind! It was extremely sad and heartbreaking, but it also had one of the best storylines of them all!:: party :

Season 6: "Grave" - Willow's one of my fav characters and I loved how she really was heartbroken over Tara's death and that she was sorry. It was also sad with the crying scene at the end, and Xander actually saved the world for once. Plus, Evil Willow is always worth seeing!::crying:: ::bsad:: :: broken

Season 4: Goodbye Iowa - Just coz i like the ending

Season 5: The body " Giles - She's at the house"

Season 6: Afterlife - Anya's eys were cool

Season 7: Same time same place - very cleverly written

in Angel it is

Season 1: Hero " You're half demon - big whoop!"

Season 2: Redefinition " Ass pansy "

Season 3: Waiting in the wings " I want you to undress me"

Season 4: Slouching towards bethlehem " Hi I'm Cordelia Chase"

And my all time favourite quote comes from this ep.
" these two (fred and gunn ) were talking about murdering children" and of course cordy calling angel angie was quite fun too

Ohh hard one. Ok

Season One: 'Prophecy Girl', the fact that Buffy goes to the Master even when she knows she's gonna die gives us a look of the woman she's gonna become. I love the scene between Buffy, Giles and Angel in the library.

Buffy: So that's it, huh? I remember the drill. One Slayer dies, next
one's called! Wonder who she is. (to Giles) Will you train her? Or will
they send someone else?

Giles: Buffy, I...

Buffy: They say how he's gonna kill me? Do you think it'll hurt?

Season 2 : I love 'Go Fish'. It's full of witty one liners and is kind of a welcome relief to the Angelus torturing Buffy story lines that can be quite upsetting.

Buffy: So I'm treated like the baddie just because he has a sprained wrist and a bloody nose. (considers) And I don't have a scratch on me, which, granted, hurts my case a little on the surface, but meanwhile he gets away with it because he's on the 'aren't we the most' swim team ...who, by the way, if no one's noticed, have been acting like real jerks lately...

Season 3: 'Helpless'. The fact that Buffy can still slay a vamp without her Slayer strength is a testament to her skill. Plus the scene with her and Angel in the mansion is soooo sweet.

Angel: I watched you, and I saw you called. It was a bright afternoon out in front of your school. You walked down the steps... and... and I loved you.

Buffy: Why?

Angel: 'Cause I could see your heart. (gets up) You held it before you for everyone to see. And I worried that it would be
bruised or torn. And more than anything in my life I wanted to keep it safe... to warm it with my own.
*Awww*

Season 4: 'Something Blue'. This is the first time that we see Spike and Buffy together as a couple and I am a big Buffy Spike fan.
Buffy: Spike!
Riley: That's a name?
Buffy: Don't be mad.
Riley: I'm not mad!
Buffy: No, you are mad!
Riley: No, I am! Er.. I really.. Wow. Who is this guy? Does he go here?
Buffy: Spike? (Laughs) Oh, no.. He's totally old.
Riley: Old.
Buffy: Well, not as old as my last boyfriend was.


Season 5: 'The Gift' without a doubt. I cry my eyes out everytime I see Buffy sacrifice herself for Dawn and the rest of the world.
Buffy: I love you, and I will always love you. This is work I have to do. Tell Giles....tell Giles I finally figured it out, and I'm ok. Give my love to my friends, you have to take care of them now, you have to take care of each other, you have to be strong. Dawn, the hardest thing in the world is to live in it. Be brave, live, for me.

Season 6: 'Smashed' Buffy and Spike get it together, need I say more?

Season 7: I haven't seen it all yet but I loved 'Lessons'.
BUFFY: Again, wrong sister. I'm the one that dates dead guys. And no offense, but they were hotties. I mean, I-I'm sure you had a great personality...

-Buffy killing Angel is DRAMA!!!!

Season 3: Graduation, Part 1
-Buffy defeating Faith was an all time favorite moment.

-Those guys were freaky!

Season 5: The Gift
-It's just so sad

Season 6: Tabula Rasa
-"I'm like a superhero or something" and "Joan the vampire slayer"

Season 7: so far, Conversations with dead people
-it's just freaky.
(a close runner up is beneath you because of the Buffy/Spike chemistry)

Nice question, it's kinda hard actually

Season 1 - Welcome To The Hellmouth/The Harvest... just amazing begginning for a series, I also like The Pack because Principal's Flutie's death was the most unexpected thing ever and Nightmares was cool too.

Season 2 - Passions because Jenny's death was an "oh dear god" moment, Becomings are some of the best hours of entertainment i've witnessed, School Hard, Innocene and Surprise can join the list.

Season 3 - The Wish, Amends, Graduations, this season is the hardest, Dead Man's Walk because Giles shines there, Faith Hope and Trick, Enemies, Bad Girls, Consecuences... it's hard
"Unbelievable, -do you like my mask? isn't it pretty? it raises the dead!- Americans!" i always laugh at that one

Season 4 - Primeval, Hush and Restless above all, then The I In Team, Goodbye Iowa, Superstar, Pangs, Fear Itself, Oh I love this season

Season 5 - The Gift, Spiral, Intervention, The Body, i also like Buffy vs Dracula and Triangle

Season 6 - Bargaining, OMWF, Tabula Rasa, Grave, Seeing Red, Two to Go, Villains, Wrecked and Smashed.
Gone is also cool

Season 7 - So far, Conversations with dead people, Showtime, Storyteller, The Killer In Me, First Date, Lessons, Bring on the Night, Selfless, this season has been great, amazing way to end a series 🙁

Angel.

Season 1 - Five by Five/Sanctuary, The Ring, City Of, Lonely Heart, Hero, Parting Gifts and I'm Under Your Skin

Season 2 - Reunion, Redefinition, the whole Pylea arc, The Thin Dead Line, Judgement

Season 3 - Heartthrob, Offspring, Lullaby, Loyalty, Sleep Tight, Forgiving, A New World

Season 4 so far - Apocalypse Nowish, Deep Down, Soulless, Calvary
 
Season One : Prophecy Girl, the dress and the first really good like up shot of the 'battle march' i know what i mean even if you guys dont lol
Season Two : Becoming Part 2 B/A
Season Three : Dead Man's Party, because they work out issues but they get past it and bond and become a more cohesive group cause they can survive seperation, plus joyce gets pissed
Season Four : Hush, best scary guys ever, pity about Riley being in it and Beer Bad, purely because me and my friend have huges amounts of fun when we get drunk on beer wandering around going "FOAMY"
Season Five : hmmmmm tricky, liked them all, probaly the one with them all going Glory is BEn, wait i know this, Glory IS Ben and Spike hitting Xander upside the head and going 'thisll be worth it" when he cant get that glory is ben, plus the fight on the winnebago is cool
Season Six : Tabula Rasa and Once More With Feeling
Season Seven : Get It Done, finally Buffy gets a kick in the ass, You are not all powerful, GET Over Yourself, also, i really liked the song in the promo - this will probably change once faith comes into it, cause i usually have a soft spot for faith-centric episodes *nods*
