Now I know she really wasn't as cool as she was on Angel, but we did get some great Cordelia moments in there.

While we are currently discussion early-seasons Xander, why not start discussing the 'love of his life' (hehe) Cordelia Chase?

Please give your input on the most valuable Cordelia centered episodes. We will start this conversation next week!
 
here's my input: 'out of mind, out of sight', 'bewitched, bothered, and bewildered', 'what's my line' cause its the one where she first kisses xander, 'the wish'...there's probly more but that's all i can think of at the moment.

See, I'm glad everyone puts their input in, because I had totally forgotten about that one!
 
i'd also suggest 'Lover's Walk' as her life, as she knew it then, kinda fell apart in that episode.
 
See, to me this conversation is going away from the Cordelia-Centric episodes and fxating on just the important moments of her character.
I have no issue with this in general, as i believe that each character had profound moments in episodes that were not specifically centered on them, my problem is that you either have a discussion about Cordelia Centric episodes OR Cordelias progression as a character.
 
I see what you mean. I was meaning that any episodes that show Cordelia's progression as a character. It does not necessarily have to be based entirely on the character, it could just be a segment that shows progression. Either way, watching the episode would be beneficial.

For example, I always thought that the end of season three, where Cordelia loses everything is wonderful progression. It sets her up for her role on Angel.
 
i didnt really like cordelia too much on buffy... but she had those moments... all her moments in btvs were good.. BUT they were great in Angel!
