"Doppelgängland". Always in the top three of my "Favorites" list, although the exact order of that list varies depending on which episode I'm watching at the time. Alyson Hannigan knocks it out of the park on this one.

I love Doppelgangland, i think its my favorite in the season.

I have seen Band Candy probably the most in season three. I have also watched "The Wish," and "Dobblegangland," "Graduation Part 1+2."

My favorite Buffy season 3 episodes were "Graduation Day part 2" and "The Wish." Two awesome episodes!
 
so much awesomeness happens in season 3! in my opinion it's the best season (it's not my favorite season-- that's season 4) but i think it was the best written, had alot of development in the show, and it was a fantastic plotline bringing faith into the picture.

dopplegangland is definitely my favorite season 3 episode. alyson hannigan is a remarkable actress for playing four different roles in one episode. go her! plus, vamp willow is just awesome! i wish there could have been more of her (uh oh, i just said the 'w' word... no alternate realities please... jk) and alot of my favorite lines come out of that episode:

"i guess... vampires really don't have to breathe ::looks at breasts:: gosh, look at those" (hah, hilarious) or...

anya: i'm 1120 years old, just gimme a freakin beer!
bartender: ID
anya: ::huffs:: gimme a coke

love it!
 
The Zeppo,
Xander is such a nice boy and is treated so bad in this episode.

Band candy because of Joyce and Giles I just love the scene were they are playing old records, and Giles gets wild and breaks a window and steels a piece of clothing for Joyce.just great!!

Faith is not so cool as she wants to be and Buffy going to Willow and starts to cry.

The wish and band candy. because band candy cracks me up and the wish actually makes me tear up at the end, even though i know everything isn't real it was just so powerful. and giles just knowing the "other" world had to be better than that, and taking a chance on it...
 
Damn this thread has a lot of votes now. Doppelgangland is winning by far.. it's cool when you can look at a poll ages after you've made it. Doppelgangland would be my first pick also.

I voted on Lover's Walk because first of all it is one of my favorite episodes because it basically makes me laugh everytime I watch it and the whole episode has great quotes.
 
Amends- Know every line to this episode- no joke! Christmas episode or not, I've watched it more times than I can count, gets me every time 🙂

The Prom- Starting to see a pattern in central couple here? 😉 haha okay, so it's mushy but I cried like a baby, a good one to watch

Earshot- Just a good episode, very funny

Grad Day Part 2- SOOOOO good! One of my favourite episodes at all, full of everything I love in Buffy. Action, suspense, romance, everything! Was just way too good 😀
 
I chose doppelgangland. I thought it was a lot of fun. And Willow is so great in the episode. But season 3 all together had so many great episodes it was hard to choose.
 
although it's not my favorite episode of the season, Amends is the s3 ep i keep watching and wantching 😛

Season 3 is my favourite season, and I love all the episodes, but my most watched episodes are Homecoming, Band Candy, Amends, The Zeppo, Doppelgangland, The Prom and Graduation Day Part 2.

Based on how many times I've watched an episode, Doppelgangland seems to be my favourite BtVS episode. Laughing is like a free facial. I feel it relaxes the 'character lines' on my face. lol

Like Nabila, season three is also my favorite season. It's just full of fantasticness. But the episode I watch the most from this season has definitely gotta be, unquestionably, Band Candy. It's just fantastic.
-We get a return visit from Ethan
-Teenage!Snyder is just...just so hilarious. One of the best lines being 'Summers! You drive like a spaz!'
-As both a Giles and Joyce fan I love that the episode is pretty centric around this two and I just loved them both as teenagers. Especially when Joyce tells Buffy 'screw you' Buffy's face in reaction to those words is priceless. And Giles just whipsering to Buffy while she's talking to Ethan 'hit him again!'. Plus Joyce's teenagerdom-summed-up-in-one-look rejection of Snyder is just classic too.
-Giles/Joyceness (Joyles?!). I'm like the uber shipper for this couple (shame me, cheer me, you decide) so this was just like a shipper's dream for me, haha. But I love the way they are towards each other at the end, hehe, and the accidental revealing of what they actually did, in Earshot.

lol that episode was hilarious but The Wish/The Zeppo definitely top as my favorites, so much drama and the coolness, 🙂 I just loved them so. I can't get passed how Xander did all those amazing things in the Zeppo and didn't tell anyone how amazing he was. Plus The Wish was so thought out and Cordy,Xander,Willow,Angel,and Buffy all die in the episode 🙁 so tragic, then Giles saves the world ^_^ such an amazing episode
