Your Passwords

So I have had a very very laggy phone lately. Just the keyboard really. And it seems worse on this site (likely cos I spend so much time here) the keyboard will take 30 full seconds to catch up. Is it a sign of being hacked? I have virus protection but the scans say all good. maybe it is time to change all my passwords and record them on paper. My iphone was worse than this thing though for lag and glitches. I cant keep up!
 
I have a password system that is pretty hard to break unless you happen to know the sequence of words I spotted when I tried to read the interesting-looking article the guy vis-a-vis me read when I was riding the train to my first day at work ages ago.
