Your senior year

Senior Class of 2000 baby!

It was fun. There was so much going on and I'm only from a small town so we only have a graduating class of about 80 (considering our grade 8 class was close to 200, what does that tell you?), but we all had our little clicks but still mostly got on fine.

Our senior camp was hilariously fun. There were committees all over the place, I was a bit of a nerd (still am)...I was chairperson of the cultural committee so I had to organise like the school play and Anzac day ceremonies and stuff as well. We also had to learn like one of those progressive dances because the girls on the senior dinner committee (like a prom, except you have to sit and eat and they make you invite your parents so it's less fun and more formal) wanted to, but on the night itself they were too busy getting photos so we never ended up doing it.

Oh! And the guy that had been a pain in my backside for the past 9 years of school got punched in the face during the guys beer and prawn night (it's in the last week of school, and the girls have a wine and cheese night...basically you go and drink) which made his date cry because she was worried about how the photos were going to turn out....Cordy anyone?

I still friends with a good handful of people from school so I have fond memories of it ranging from okay to fun.
