I'm not talking about a guy/girl, but the date itself. Some like spontaneous dates and some like it planned ahead. Some like it in a romantic restaurant and some want an adventure.

This is like "Anywhere But Here" game. Describe your ultimate date!

I don't know if the other swedes would agree with me, but to me anyways dating isn't a big thing here. I guess you could say we date when you go for coffee or a movie with someone you're not together with, but it's not as much as a "dating culture" that I imagine it to be in other countries. 🙂 So I actually haven't been on many dates at all. Me and my husband met when I was 19, so most of the dates I've been on has been with him. 🙂

I'm a pretty planning person, so I think my perfect date would be something I would be prepared for and not something that was out of my comfort zone. Lol, I sound so boring! But yeah, I think my perfect date would be something in the lines of my husband buying me flowers, cooking dinner for me and while we eat we have a great conversation. 🙂

I don't really do the whole dating thing, seems a bit pointless. I like talking over coffee though and then walking around for ages, but that's not really a date as I do that with my friends anyway,

I was taken to Paris for a weekend once on a date. It was amazing 🙂

Now I have a child I suppose that's a little impractical due to babysitters lol so now i'd go for a drink and a meal.

Wow, really? That's so cool!
I love just spending time chatting. My perfect date is a bit corny. A day on the beach followed by a really good meal lots of wine and chatting. Sitting outside having a drink and a laugh and perhaps meeting up with friends after 🙂

Perfect date... I'm thinking steak, popcorn, beer and Superbowl. (doesn't have to be Superbowl of course but it should be live and in person, so not just on Tv. Hey, it was supposed to be perfect right? Otherwise I'm totally fine with the watching at home thing)

that would be epic!!!
Taxidermy, crunchy leaves, pumpkin flavored anything, and a corn field would be involved. But I'm talking perfect as in...if someone actually took me on this "ideal" date, I'd suspect that they had been stalking me. For months. Possibly years. Haha but this fairytale date (which to any sane person sounds kind of like a nightmare) that I won't go into detail about, is kind of reserved for someone who is way too old for me.

Any who...I feel like it can't be planned. I mean we can plan to see a movie or do something seemingly mundane...but the perfect date means that this simple outing turns into tons of strange/semi frightening fun. Fun involving a wombat, a bubble machine, and cheese. But I'm just naming random crap because the spontaneity is what makes it perfect! An insanely normal night which then turns into awesome, random, fun. Does that make any sense? Haha the perfect date should be similar to a night out with my friends, but 10x more insane. Maybe we'd run into Martha Stewart at a brothel. No, no...Miriam Margolyes. But again, it can be any scenario, as long as one of us laughs so hard that they need to be resuscitated.

But the odds of this happening on a date are...extremely rare. So to be somewhat realistic, the only thing that is an absolute must for my "ultimate date" are the crunchy leaves.

Not that I have anything to compare it too, but I would love to just go to the movies, then to one of the small restaurants around Baltimore then end with a walk in the park. 🙂
