i really love this episode and was the only from season5 that made me cry.. the last scene with angel and cordy was really great especially when he says that "thank you". so i was wondering if you liked this ep too.. especially cordelias fans... or im just to emotional? 😉

Cordelia fan right here that LOVED the episode. It's one of my favorites. It was very emotional. I didn't even know that Cordelia was gonna die and I was really shocked and angry when I saw they killed her off. Even more angry when they didn't even aknowledge her death. But that's another discussion.

My favorite scene in the whole episode is the one with Cordy, Spike, and Angel. Cordy and Spike are hilarious and it's a shame they didn't have more screen time together.

im not a hugee fan of cordy... but i really like her at AtS... the ep you're welcome kills me love it**
That was my fav eppy too, it is a pity you didn't get to have Cordy react to the news of Conner trying to blow up the store, she just kinda bypassed that and lectured him instead, mind you Angel ruined that moment and went on about how great all was instead of letting the news sink in, he never told the full story but hey it was very good eppy and the scenes with Cordy and Spike, her last goodbye kiss made up for that.

I wonder if the powers passed on the visions to Angel through her kiss goodbye? and not just a one shot deal, "one for the road" coulda just been only about the kiss.

Oh my God! Cordelia fan to the end! I consider myself Cordys #1 FAN! "You're Welcome" was one of my favorite episodes! I cried when Cordelia died! I thought she was going to be back on Angel! I liked the way how she drags Eve off in to the office! And how her and Spike work magic when they are together on screen. They were hilarous! I wished she could of lasted atleast awhile longer, but hey! And of course I loved Coedelia when they fought the zombies! Ah! Thats my girl! HAving visions and kicking a**! Oh and kissing Angel!

I loved this episode. I hadn't expected it to end like that. I liked seeing her reaction to them working at Wolfram and Hart and her still having memories about Connor.

I love, love, LOVE this episode for what it is, but whenever I think about it I also get extremely angry. Why kill her off? Why not bring her back for good? If that was Joss's decision I would like to punch him. At least in season four we had Charisma around, even if Cordy was possessed and evil. As much as I love season five, it always felt empty because Cordy wasn't there. I mean, within the first three seasons she was established as one of THE most important supporting characters, she grew up so much and was always there for Angel, more than Gunn, Fred, or Wesley.

Anyway, this episode made me tear up a little. 🙂() It was really, really nice to see Cordy interact with everyone again.

Hadn't she been pregnant in real life and didn't come back on the show because of her baby? I think I heard that somewhere. At least she came back for an episode to give her character closure.

I love season 5, but I missed Cordelia because she brings a certain balance which I think Harmony was trying to fill in a way. As far as I know the character of Cordelia is well loved among the writers but not so much Charisma. I don't get it because she seemed really nice on screen giving interviews but I guess you don't know unless you worked with her.

Anyway I love the episode, and was also shocked when she died. And yeah what was up with none of them except Angel caring about her death? Did they just think she left? Wouldn't they have a little emotion... I don't remember if they talk about it in 'Why We Fight'

I'm a massive fan of cordelia and thought this ending was so sad. I think Angel bottling up his emotions is pretty normal for him but you know he's very upset by it when he says to Spike on the plane that he can't lose fred because he already lost cordy - that is about as emotional as he gets. Maybe he didn't tell the others the truth.

I usually have very little patience with people who say bring back tara, joyce, Anya yadda yadda yadda but i'm such a hypocrite because i'd love to see the return of Cordelia in eith the Buffy comic of the proposed season 6 Angel comic. It would be so easy to do - I'm sure those Powers That Be could step in a do something!

I liked it too. It was good to have a closure for Cordy leaving her like that just didn't seem right.

Do you think Angel ever told everyone else that Cordelia was dead? They never really talked about it afterwards.

I liked this ep... I kinda knew something was up though when I frist saw it. When Angel and Wes go to visit Cordy in the hospital, they see a prone figure on a bed... and that's Cordelia. She wouldn't let them see her, as seen by her pulling the curtain around the person more and saying that she had one foot in the grave.

Wasn't it talked about at least one time...? I vaguely recall them mentioning something about Cordy's death, maybe when Angel revealed how he now had visions. I haven't watched season five in a while, though, so I can't be certain.
