I just looked at the clock - April Fools ends at midday right and its now 3am GMT so is there anywhere that is still close to midday?

My brain isn't working properly - but if not, then that means Kean and Lyri's expulsion can't have been a joke!

Gotta say, you all know I have known Lyri for ages, she was lovely but me and Kean, well the evidence on the board shows we weren't exactly 'friends' and Lyri changed so much when Kean started to influence her that to be honest, I think it might be best for the board if neither of them come back.

I mean I'll miss Lyri (not so much Kean) but I think we'll be stronger as a community especially if Blondie and/or Joyce get the positions of MOD.

Buffy never mentioned a perm ban anywhere, so I have to assume that they are NOT totally banned and even if they were, they can still read all of this.
Could we please not get NASTY!?!
They made a mistake. We all do it. Let's try and cut them a little bit of slack and not throw Lyri and Kean under a bus just because of this situation.
It's not like they haven't worked their tails off for us in the past!

Well, no one has been really that nasty, more honest about the situation as a whole.

Lyri and Kean may have 'worked their tails off' and we appreciate that work but that doesn't mean we have to like them.
I appreciate the work the guy does at Burger King so I can get my flame grilled whopper with cheese and bacon, hold the mayo, but I don't have any feeling toward him.

I'm not saying this because they aren't here, anyone who says something because they believe it won't be seen is a coward, I say all this hoping that they come back and read it, just think its fair for me to say what I think over this whole debacle and the results of it!

Personally, I was joking about the kean thing. I don't really know her, so I can't really pass any hard judgement. Also, the only reason i ever liked Lyri was cause she put me into her fanfic. And I'm pretty vain, so..

Damnit! Not again. that's the third ticket in three weeks! What, is speeding or running a red light THAT much of a crime? There are worse law offenders out there. Maybe next time, I'll wack somebody off. Or mass-murder a bunch of people! Why not take it globally?! Maybe i should end the fricken world. I've gotten tons of ideas from shows such as this one. I could blow up my high school right after graduation. That would be fun.. YEH! THEN you can give me a substantial fricken ticket! ESPECIALLY since it will be ACTUALLY harming people. I agree with Lou. Whether your intention is honesty, amusement, or something else, the bashing of Lyri, Kean, and sometimes Buffy is getting out of hand. It's even a little nasty, and that's not what the boards are about. The demotion or even the banning of one member does not give another member the right to break the board rules, which clearly state:

Please be respectful of all members of the posting community.
Abuse of this rule will not be tolerated by the site staff. Disagreements are fine, but they should be conducted in a civilized manner - we have faith in your ability to discuss issues without resorting to personal attacks.

We've been noticing a lot of disrespectful behavior on the boards lately, and it's time for it to stop. If you're old enough to join an internet forum, then you are old enough to disagree with one another in a respectful manner. It is fine for the members to discuss this topic, but please remember to be respectful of Buffy, Faith, Lyri, Kean, and any other involved party. Keep the conversation relevant to the topic at hand and do not resort to name calling or personal attacks.

So knock it off! As Lou said, if I see it again, I will close this thread.

palabravampiress, please do close this thread. We have three scenarios here.

1. It's all a joke. It's a failed joke. Not funny anymore.

2. It's a warning on what can happen, if we don't behave and break the rules. Set up by the mods. To be revealed at some point.

3. Buffy Summers is actually annoyed, and is using name and shame tactics. Hopeful that the banned members will check in and see what is being said about them. Which as you have mentioned, may be nasty stuff.
If this is the case, in my opinion it shows Buffy Summers to be cruel and vindictive. So they annoyed you, tell that to them, don't make it a public forum, so you can feel better about yourself. It's petty.

If you don't like this, feel free to ban me . Because this is getting old.
We get the point, can we move on. And if it is a joke, can Lyri and Kean come back.

Actually what happened was that Kean and Lyri were trying to prank me, and made the fatal mistake of enlisting Faith to do it, who of course told me everything. But they were in on the "banning" portion of it all...

I also wanted to reiterate my thanks to everyone for coming together and supporting the board and us when they thought we were in trouble! You guys are awesome! 😀
