Disagree. Charisma's pregnancy may have thrown the writers for a spin, but they were still good writers. And if they wanted to have Cangel work out they would have done it better. Like no apocalypse nowish.

Idk I have my theories that the writers were self sabatoging a bit with the Cangel writing. Maybe not all of them. Maybe not Greenwalt but I just see some things that lead me to think some of them didn’t want it to be successful.

And I’m talking s3 when it was supposed to work not s4 when the obvious aim is to see the ship crash and burn.

I loved the *idea* of Niles and Daphne, but when they actually got together, their chemistry was disappointing, so I can see why they made the list. The same thing happened for me with Luke and Lorelai on Gilmore Girls (who did not make the list). Like, I waited seasons and seasons for this and....🙁

Interesting. Think that's just the classic thing on TV about the chase always being more interesting😉 Jim and Pam were never as good together than when you were willing them to get together IMO. Sometimes the long the drawn out romance can be good because it makes you care more when it finally happens. Josh and Donna in the West Wing being a good example.

I agree with them on Cangel, but disagree on their reasoning. Their past with Buffy has nothing to do with it. Cordy as a character had grown a lot since then, and Angel's relationship with Buffy was long over. Its more that I always saw Cordy and Angel more as friends.

Were Dexter and Deb actually together romantically? I don't remember that. Then again I did zone out for a lot of the later seasons 😉

The Nikki/Paulo one from Lost is a major nitpick. ITS ONE EPISODE!!🙄 I could understand if they were long term characters, but just a one off stand alone episode why does it matter if they have chemistry or not? Besides she's shallow and he is a young man naively seduced. What's so hard to believe about that?😀

Don't get the Pam/Roy one. What do they want a remake without the love triangle from the original? You're not supposed to care about their relationship is another point.

Maybe, but I generally like seeing my favored couples get together. With Niles and Daphne, the awful way they handled Jane Leeves' pregnancy might have played into it. With Luke and Lorelai, the awkwardness and the minimal touching/affection between them just seemed odd and cold. But this is of course all just personal taste.

Pregnancy is a classic TV drama killing. That's why Connor could only stay a baby for a few episodes😉
