Favourite Bangel moment:

When Buffy has to kill Angel in Becoming. It's was so brilliant the way the whole season built up to that scene with Buffy at first not being able to kill Angelus and feeling guilty about the people who died because of that and then when Buffy has finally made peace with killing Angelus, in a cruel twist of fate she has to kill Angel himself, and she was not prepared for that. That is art.

Favourite Spuffy moment:

Probably the scene with Spike sacrificing himself in Chosen. I loved that scene when I shipped them in my younger days and I still think it's a well done scene now even though I don't ship them anymore.

Season 5! Glory! Dawn’s super clever introduction! Spike crushing hard on Buffy! Also the BuffyBot is a national treasure and we should keep her memory in our hearts always ❤️

Season 2, with season 3 close behind it.

Angel drinking from Buffy. Just scratches one of my particular vamp itches 😉

Season 1. Can't beat that campiness or the freshness and fun of the first season.

Season 3: All the excitement of Season 2 but with better (and fewer) MOTW episodes plus Faith and the Mayor!

Season 5! Dawn! Glory! Spuffy! One of the best plot arcs in the show! Awesome episodes like Family, Fool for Love, Checkpoint, etc.! An amazing finale! The perfect mix of humour and heartbreak!

Honorary mention goes to Season 2.

Probably 2 or 3.

Not my favourite but I do have a soft spot for 1 and 6.

So difficult to choose out of 2, 3 and 5...I'm re-watching it all again so maybe my decision will change... but I think I'll go with S2. The whole Bangel saga; introduction of characters like Spike, Dru, Oz, and Kendra; episodes like Passion. Just so good!

I don't think the show was that predictable, so I'll go with neither Cordelia or Buffy winning homecoming

I'm blanking a bit here but I guess I wasn't particular surprised that they managed to resurrect Buffy after her "death" in the season 1 finale.

The show is generally very subversive, so nothing comes to mind immediately. I’ll have to agree with @sk that Buffy not actually dying in Prophecy Girl was pretty predictable.
