Ethan Rayne. He commanded the screen in the four episodes he was on it and his backstory of knowing Ripper made him the guy to listen to for the real description of Giles' alter ego.

Gonna go with Jenny Calendar.
Even though I think her death was great TV that I wouldn't want to have undone so did I like the character and wouldn't mind her sticking around a bit longer.

So many options: Kendra, Jenny, Sunday, Catherine, Gwen Raiden...
I think I'd have to say Darla in BtVS though. Re-watching it now, there was just so much potential for her..I think it would have been great for her to survive S1 instead of The Annoying One and then reunite with Angelus, Spike and Drusilla in S2. Especially because the reunion of Angelus and Darla would have really messed with Buffy on another level. It could have then accumulated in a Buffy / Darla showdown just before Becoming where Darla is then killed and then the events in AtS are still able to happen.

But I gotta be consistent with my username and S4 theme and go with "When it's dark, and I'm all alone, and I'm scared, or freaked out or whatever, I always think, 'What would Buffy do?'. You're my hero." 😀
