Worst Episode:

Probably All the Way. Although there's like 3 episodes in season 7 about Spike that I don't even care to remember in order to call them the worst.
 
Day 15: Worst Episode

Some Assembly Required and/or Inca Mummy Girl - all dreadful and boring which is a sin for BtVS. Oz is the only element that makes IMG slightly better than SAR.
 
Day 16: Favourite reoccurring male

Clem or Ethan. I think Ethan has more impact, but Clem was around the scoobies more.

It's between my name and my avatar. Much as I like Ethan, he only shows up four times and Clem is the more sociable and less sociopathic of the two.
