Well, Season 7 Spuffy was much "warmer" and "healthier" then Bangel. After all, Buffy never had to shove a sword though Spike's chest and send him to Hell, lol.

Hahaha my thoughts exactly- about Bangel, that is. 😀 I can never understand how someone could possible dislike Spuffy... It's as foreign to me as disliking Tillow, really! 😀

Spuffy was a LOT healthier than Bangel. They were both honest with each other, whereas Bangel was all lies and deceit most of the time. Sure, S6 was a bit rocky, but that's why S7 is the MAIN Spuffy season. Spuffy was friendship, BEST friendship in fact, when Bangel was barely ever ACQUAINTANCES. Buffy said so herself that she and Angel weren't friends, and they had never BEEN friends. Bangel never took time to get to know each other, and instead dived headfirst into a relationship that was dangerous for both of them. Bangel was filled with tears, brooding, heartbreak, and death, whereas Spuffy was filled with love, understanding, trust, and happiness. 🙂

If only you guys could see how silly you guys look, trying to defend your doomed 'ship. 😉 We merely want you to stop pushing the love of Spuffy outta your heart, and instead learn to love, not hate, our beautiful relationships. 🙂

I'm not offering an opinion because this thread got to a point where everyone from either side was having FUN and I don't want to be a part of making this another shipper war. There's already so many of them out there, I just want to have a laugh about it for once.

During the past few months, I have been in private conversation with a member of the Bangel camp concerning certain growing doubts that that this particular person has had concerning her chosen ship. As a result, I have been able to win this person over to our cause. Because of her status as a former high ranking Bangel supporter, this person has requested that she remain anonymous in order to keep us informed concerning Bangel activities and assist from within in our mission to rescue all Bangels on the Boards. Until that time comes, that former Bangel, who I will henceforth refer to as Agent K, will continue her outward support of her former ship while working as our secret operative.

This is one more step forward in our mission of Bangel rescue, and I felt that it would be selfish of me not to share the information with you, my fellow Spuffies. And I know that I can speak for all of us when I say GO AGENT K! WE'RE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU. YOUR HEROISM WILL BE REWARDED WHEN THE BANGLEBEAST IS FINALLY DEFEATED!!!

We don't have to win. All the Spuffies have to do in just stand back and ...watch...the...Bangels...lose. It's just that simple.

Wouldn't it be awesome if Buffy was real? We're all living pre-issue 21 of Season 8, right before slayers and vampires became public. And Buffy knew that would happen, so she went back in time(after season 8, I guess, to prevent a apocalypse), set up a TV show about her life, so when Harmony's show hit the TV, we will all know the slayers are on our side, and vampires are not.

So Buffy, or whatever her real name is, could be reading this board, going "Don't thet get I'm secretly in love with Willow!?! The signs are all there. I should have not let Andrew help that Joss guy write the comic..."
