I didn't believe this but I do wish it was true. 😀 If we didn't get a full season, maybe the whole thing could just be retconned. 🙂

Would somebody mind telling me why the hell I got an INFRACTION for this thread? This was a JOKE!!!

I'm sorry (and disappointed) that nobody around here seems to have a sense of humour, but punishing me for a simple joke is a step too far!

Kristine, you know I was the one to give you the infraction there was no need to post in this thread bring to board attention. Any questions you have should be handeled in private.
 
I don't think it should be handled privately, because I didn't do anything wrong, and I have the right to speak up and let everybody know how unfair this decision was!
I want you to admit you made the wrong call with the infraction, and since I know you'd never admit it just like that privately, I made this public so you can't talk your way out of it!
 
Im not wrong, when I gave you the infraction I wasn't aware it was a joke, we have a rule about not posting news without a source, so I gave you the infraction.
 
BEG, shouldn't you remove her infraction now that you know it's a joke? Maybe it's none of my business...

You still posted it like News, and without a source which is the reason for the infraction, I don't think it should matter that its a joke or not.

It's also not as simple as removing the infraction, it doesn't work like that, besides it's only 1 and you need 3 to be banned, so no big deal.

Honestly? I know this is not my business. I know I ought to stay out of it. But honestly, it's common to cut people some slack on the 1st April.

If you fall for this story, it's your own fault. I told you to google for it if you don't believe it, but clearly you didn't do it, or you would've noticed it was only a hoax.
And that is what I mean with typical! Did you even take the time to check if this was real news or not? NO. I should've known you'd take the first chance you'd get to jump at me like that! The first time I do something wrong in a long time, and of course you don't even give me a chance to EXPLAIN. Or a fair warning. Of course it has to be an infraction so I'm halfway (or thirdway) to be kicked off the Boards just by a small joke I made.

And that's why I think you should IMMEDIATELY remove the infraction. Trust me, you don't want to see me pissed off, so better just make it happen.

She was posting it like news, at the time I thought it was Kristine posting news and it was incorrect so I gave an infraction.

You did post it as news, you quoted it, when I read it and wasn't aware it was a joke it was incorrect so gave an infraction.

Why would I google something you (what I thought) reposted, thats why we ask people to post a source.

To be honest your last post was extreamly rude so you can just take it as an abuse of mod one.

So now, when I stand by what's right and fair (which is my right), it's abuse of mod? Oh grow up, could this become any more kindergarden? If anyone is abusing here, it's you, you are abusing your mod powers on me! Just because this is the internet where any real life loser can get some control over other people, doesn't mean you can do whatever you want to just anybody!
I'm gonna PM Buffy Summers about this, and when I do I'm sure she'll agree with me, and you can kiss your mod powers goodbye!
Never have I seen anyone with such a superiority complex as you before! The not googling to see if it's a hoax (as any remotely intelligent person would do on April 1st) is just proving my point! But clearly, you're too dense to grasp that concept.

This has already gone way behind where it was suposed to, My original infraction was for what I believed was correct. As I said, I can't just remove the infraction, but now there is no need. How is anything I've done an abuse of power, you have been abusive in your posts - anyone can see that.

We're not handeling this on the boards anymore, if you want to go on further PM me.

But the fact is, when I read your post I didn't know it was a joke and you hadn't posted a source. Aside from that it isn't your place to be posting the April fools joke for the boards.

It would've never gone this far, if you could've just admitted you were wrong from the beginning and just removed the infraction!
And I told you before, I'll tell you again: There is no way I'll be taking this private, so you can just shush me and act as if nothing ever happened. Of course you'd want this, just keep up this perfect image of you, while in reality you're just a lying scumbag who's becoming a wee bit delusional of grandiosity!

This definitely got me. Until 15 seconds later when I realized 'duh april fools day.' it's weird tho. I since the Predator & Prey arc I really haven't cared much for the comic...at all. But then I got upset when I saw it was cancelled. Even though I hate the ideas behind the latter part of season 8, I don't think I'd be happy not having it at all! I'd rather see Buffy, xander, Willow, Slayers in a bad story line than none of them at all! lol
