Just wondering if there are any fans here on BB? I suppose I check out an actual BSG forum but, well, I really don't want to! lol They all pale in comparison to here, I'd much rather talk to you fine people😉

I started watching about two weeks ago and now I have like seven episodes left ::gyah!::

I've kinda fallen in love with the whole thing, which I really didn't expect cuz I really am not a space movie/show kinda girl.

BSG has that Buffy quality about it though where it...

Seriously, I can't get enough, I'm even squeeing! *hangs head in shame* and I have this horribly embarassing girl crush on Starbuck! I want to be her...*hangs head again*

What do you guys think? Why did you start watching? Have you a favourite character or ep? or ya know, you could just squee like me...it's ok, we're all friends here lol

Seems like a popular show. 😉

I like it but don't love it. Love some parts, don't care much for some parts. And sometimes I struggled to continue but in the end I'm glad I did. But I recommend people to give it a try if they haven't watched it.

Why did I start watching? Because people on this board said it was good. 🙂

Favourite characters: Well, I don't know how much to say so I don't spoil people.

AAAAAAH, BSG! *SQUEEEES*

I'm just finishing up season 3 right now, and it's pretty much tied with Buffy as my favorite show of all time. It's AMAZING!

Also, Kean, don't be ashamed of your girl crush on Starbuck, because I'm totally guilty, too! And I think every girl secretly (or, in my case, not-so-secretly) wants to be her...I mean, who wouldn't wanna be a badass viper pilot who gets to frak guys who look like Jamie Bamber and Michael Trucco on a regular basis? (sw)

The BSG spin-off Caprica is starting soon so you'll have something to watch after you're done. 😛

Eh, I actually don't wanna watch Caprica. The reviews I've heard of the pilot have been really mixed, if not mostly negative and the trailers haven't really caught my attention. I may check it out if people say it winds up getting really good later, but otherwise, I think I'll pass.
 
My secret Starbuck crush is so out too. I feel like such a fangirl! lol

I'm kinda putting off the last few eps because a) I don't want it to be over and b) what I've heard from the fandom has been of the AWFUL! So that kinda scares me...I don't want to be put off by it. Although I have MAJOR issues with what happened at the end of season 3 and start fo 4.

I won't ruin it though.

I haven't seen the pilot either because it does sound a bit boring. 🙁

I hope CF won't kill me because I haven't finished the last season of BSG yet!
 
I haven't read all the posts, but I ADORE BSG.

I FINALLY got to watch the rest of the last season last night and I am finally up to date.

I have so much to say about this awesome show, but I would first like to know who has seen what because I can't be arsed talking in spoilers BUT I don't wanna spoil anything major!

YAY! Al! How didn't I know this?

Anywhoo, I'm at epsidoe 12 of season 4. I'm going to try and finsih the rest by the weekend.

I'm about to burst with the need to talk about it but I'll also keep mum so I don't spoil anything.

I know what you mean though, this is Buffy all over again for me - I have so much to say and no friends who watch it!

You're in for a treat with the last half of the season and I want Starbucks babies!

I'm going to hold you to that treat thing about the last part of the series because all I have heard is that it was horrendous.

I would imagine its very spoilerific, especially as you haven't seen those episodes yet!

Ohh and shouldn't this be in the same section of the board as "24" as Jane Espensen is Exec, and the reason "24" is where it is is because David Fury is Exec?
