Best Season 4 Episode

I think season 4 wasnt too bad... im just not a big riley fan.. thats another reason i dont like it as much as the other seasons... just like angel. i didnt like connor so i was put of eps he was in argh!

I was the same when I originally watched the show, but watching the DVD's now I think Season 4 was an ok season. True, Riley wasn't my favourite person, but he did start to grow on me a litte 🙂

i really love 3 episodes.. the first is who are you with faith turning into buffy.. and the way she talked to spike was really sexy.. the second is the yoko factor.. i liked when angel was kicking rileys ass and the third was restless.. i think that this ep has a lot of mistery. specially in buffys dream..

This is hard coz i really Love restless but if i have to pick just one i'd go to Hush. It was awesome brilliant and uniqe episode absolutely perfect!! in many ways and Gentlemen things just you know freaked me out :aah: so , i voted for Hush

I use to not really like season 4, but Six things changed my mind after rewatching.

1. Tara
2. Pangs (suprisingly, i found, one of the most hilarious Buffy episodes ever)
3. Hush
4. Restless
5. Tara trying to imitate punching to Willow but it looking like swimming.
6. Faith-in-Buffy imitating Buffy in the Bathroom and saying "Because its wrong!"

It's got to be Hush. Closest thing to perfect you can get. If only it were in season 5 and thus had Dawn, it would be!

most are probably going to say hush, because that it just one of the best episodes ever of any show out there. every element is there, and the fact that there was no dialogue for a major portion of the episode is amazing. but my favorite episode (so of course im going to think it's the best) of season 4, and also of the whole series, is "restless." everything about it is just perfectly put together. as a dream episode, it really has that dreamlike-ness to it, and pretty much everything used in the episode means something, or is representative of something important. it great how things like that work-- like the dialogue used, or the sets and the colors used, or specific costumes, y'know, just everything, it's kinda hard to convey how awesome i think this episode is. and the camera work & cinamatography done in the episode, uh, don't even get me started. this episode is what made me study TV/film at college, and want to work as an editor/camera operater person. there are just so many awesome looking shots throughout the ep.

also, it was a nice change as a season finale, since season 2 & 3 had both been 2-part season finales with huge battle scenes. it was cool for this episode to be about the core scoobs and touching base with each of them, delving into each of their psyches and understanding what each of them have been through these past 4 years, their relationships to one another, their fears, hope & dreams. plus some foreshadowing for future seasons. it's just all really cool!

I honestly can't choose just one episode... there were a few that really stood out for me, such as Pangs for the Spike humour... it really amused me =]
then there were This Year's Girl and Who Are You coz Faith was in them of course
Hush was obviously immense, so many different elements packed into too short an episode
A New Man was really good, something different and refreshing
Restless was an amazing finale for the season, something never really done before but so effective in a lot of ways

I just wouldn't be able to choose one... so I didn't =]

I chose "This Year's Girl", it has and always will be one of my favorite episodes. I loved how Faith came back and the fight on campus. Haha.

I went with Beer Bad. I love this episode, it is so funny. I am working my way through the BTVS series right now and I am on the fourth season. Season four is my one of my favorites.

A New Man is brilliant.
It has the funniest story, its got a fabulous Spike/Giles 'bonding' story and it has the last story involving my favourite villain - Ethan Rayne.

Who Are You, or Restless.

Who are you rocks, because the whole Buffy/Faith body-swap-seeing-how-the-other-one-lives thing, seemed really important to the whole Faith helping the Scoobies in season seven - or at least to me it did.

And Restless, because well, who doesn't love the cheese man? =P

My Favorites are...

Fear itself, Pangs, Something Blue, Hush, This Years Girl, and Who are you.

Which is all really weird cause i didn't enjoy Season 4 much at all,

I loved Fear itself cause it was cute expecially with the tiny demon in the end, I loved Pangs Cause well one and this is the huge one... ANGEL was in it *drool, swoon* also cause Xander got Syphilis and stuff which was really kinda funny, Then Something Blue because it was really the point that showed How Powerful willow really was... and that she herself didn't even know what she could do.

Hush is just amazing in itself it really is the one episode that made me buy the entire season 4 dvd set other then just wanting it to complete my collection... But its amazing that Any show could make an entire episode basically where no one spoke but it still blew everyone's mind. I loved Giles' slide show lol then Buffy's reaction to how he drew her lol it was a hilarious episode.

Last But Not Least This years girl and Who are you...
two words... Fuffy Fights!!! Come on everyone loves a good Buffy and Faith Throw down... and thats why these episodes rock so much. I love with Faith (as buffy) Talks with spike and so many more things about it but that has to be my favorite part then of couirse at the end of Who are you.... When faith basically realizes what she's done

Very hard to choose in a spectacularly good season. Hush is the clear standout, but Wild at Heart, The Initiative, Pangs, Something Blue, A New Man, the Faith 2 parter, New Moon Rising and Restless are all classics too.

The Freshman (sometimes this is my favourite all time Buffy episode), Fear Itself, Pangs, Something Blue, This Years Girl, Restless. So many good episodes, just not a good arc.

Hush number one and how could we leave out Fear, Itself, so that second but I also have a strong love affair with Primeval. And also, A New Man is just brilliant. I laugh my self to death everytime Giles chases Walsh.

I went with Freshman and Restless.
To me they both indicate that Buffy is nothing without her friends, her first fight with Sunday and her fight with the first slayer.
Now about the Cheese man, I saw him as a representation of their uncertainty about themselves, how they each saw themselves, the ID factor.
