Hush - The part where Giles was telling the story of the strangers on the projector with the music in the background was absolute genius!!

Hush got my vote. It was creepy and funny and touching and a brilliant formal exercise. It was the best of Buffy. Every department gave 100% on that one.

This season had a lot of great episodes, though. Something Blue, Who Are You, and Restless were all superb episodes. Wild at Heart, Pangs, Superstar, and New Moon Rising were all very good. To be honest, there weren't many episodes that I didn't like. I just didn't like Primeval. I wasn't so impressed with ADAM or the main arc in this season, but the individual episodes and the character development were all very good. Even the less than impressive episodes, like The Freshman and Beer Bad, were a heck of a lot better than what you see on most TV shows and only "bad" by the standards of Buffy's general magnificence.

1. Hush - I voted for this ep. 🙂 It was a brilliant episode in all, not to mention the ending with Riley saying 'Guess we have to talk', then Buffy agreeing on it, and then... Well, I LOLed. XD
2. Sleepless - full of good ideas
3. Something Blue - I liked that this ep made me laugh after the heartbreaking leaving of Oz
4. Superstar - poor little Jonathan.... you're still cool for me! 🙂
5. Who are you? - Sarah Michelle Gellar was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT playing Faith! She was even better than Eliza Dushku, that is Faith herself playing that role!!! Now that's why she's one of my favourite actresses. Plus, I also liked this episode BECAUSE IT WAS about something BAD....

Loved them all

The "actual size" line in Fear its self has to be among the best in the whole of Bufy! Its so funny.

Settled on Hush- for many reasons (including Buffys staking/masturbating mime) but mainly-Tara!

First reason agreed, second not. That staking mime just simply rocks. XD Funniest ever. (Or maybe just because at times I am a pervert. *shames here*) But I just can't get to love Tara, and her first meeting with Willow always breaks my heart since it makes the last episode with Oz come closer...

Oh, but one more great thing about Hush: Giles' drawings were so cute! And don't forget about the Riley and Buffy fighting together scene and the last one when they bring back the spirit of the whole episode 'discussing' each other's reasons of fighting with demons.... 🙂

Love Something Blue ... always makes me laugh.
Especially when Buffy asks Giles to give her away at the "wedding".

Really couldn't chose (so that's what I chose, lol). I don't know, say what you want about season4 (like a lot of people say it's he worst season of Buffy), but it just had the best episodes in total. Hell, I can't even really narrow it down half of the episodes.

I voted for Something Blue. That was a refreshing funny episode in a season that I'm not too fond of at the moment. (Still eagerly awaiting my Season 5 DVDs!)

there are some great episodes to choose from, but i narrowed it down to hush, who are you?, new moon rising and something blue. but i went with new moon rising, because i'm feeling a bit nostalgic about oz 🙁

As much as i love love love Hush, i reaaaally do, and i think it was amazing... but Fear, Itself may be my most watched Buffy episode, because i always seemed to catch the rerun on FX somehow and it's just consistently funny and wonderful to me. I think its one of the best written episodes ever.

I chose who are you, because I was really impressed by how good Eliza and Sarah fit in each others characters. They really looked at the way the other would move around and act. They did an amazing job and it ones again proved what amazing actresses they are!

I have to go for Pangs... I love it. The whole angry spirits and the most un-ferocious looking bear, but mostly the brilliant Spike dialogue in it, and the whole 'Thanksgiving/not to Thanksgiving' between Willow and Buffy. I do love that Buffy seems more interested in the dinner than the big bad.

I consider Hush and Restless to be the best episodes in terms of quality, but as far as personal preferences go, I definitley say Superstar is the best. It had so many funny moments and was a cool twist to see, especially in the beginning of the episode when they changed the theme and such.

Oh, I've come up with another supporting point for Restless - I love its 'montage', its video-clip styled filming, and its psychedelic content, along with its 'dead Can dance-like' music. It sums up in just perfect blend.
"Hush" is great for its acting and suspense.

Wild At Heart

I voted for "Wild At Heart", mainly because of Willow's heartbreaking crying scene when she breaks up with Oz. The Oz-Veruca relationship was also interesting, and the acting was very good all-around. Nice werewolf fighting, too.

Restless. Such a beautiful and powerful episode. Tells so much about what is going to happen in the series. My second choice is New Moon Rising because of Willow chosing Tara, but Restless still wins.

Hush! :: tu ::

It's is straight down, one of the best Buffy episodes of all time. It have a really creepy, horror/fairy-tale feel to it, and it's just rocks!

Agreed, it was simply FLAWLESS!

Hush had a nice "Tim Burton-esque" vibe to it. keep expecting Edward Scissorhands to walk on camera.

I'm a Faith fan, but I had to force myself to be sane and vote for Hush because it's really well made and much, much better than This Year's Girl or Who Are You.
